I went for an acupuncture appointment and I am so impressed. Dr. Geoff really took the time to evaluate me and ask questions about what I want and needed. He is kind and caring. Yesterday while waiting for an appointment, I was able to talk with Tommy- the receptionist. He is also very kind, caring and conversational. I really enjoy this office and the care I am getting.

Absolutely THE BEST acupuncturist ever. Geoff Thomas listens well, is a great diagnostician, and has helped resolve long-standing pain and medical issues I've suffered from. His herb prescriptions are spot on and amazing. I've seen many acupuncturists but Geoff Thomas is matchless and worth a try if you're suffering from both acute or chronic pain/health issues.

I have chronic issues in my neck and shoulders due to a car accident and re-aggravated the area. Acupuncture helps with inflammation and pain management. It's also very relaxing after a treatment The clinic is my favorite thing about San Diego .

I cannot say enough great things about this practice. Tommy and Dr. Geoff are the absolute best. Tommy is so helpful with scheduling and working with your needs. Dr. Geoff is honestly one of the best! He listens, is intuitive, and you can tell he deeply cares about helping his patients. He has helped me with problems anywhere from back pain to hormone balance. I am so grateful to have found this practice and these amazing people! I would recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Both my husband and I have been here for Chinese medicine herbal consults as well as acupuncture. It was hands down the best acupuncture experience I've ever had. Dr. Geoff is such a kind, patient, friendly, gentle and knowledgeable person. He's very comfortable to be around and I really appreciated that I never felt rushed during the appointment (as that gives me anxiety). He asked me many questions to gain a good understanding of what I was wanting to fix/accomplish. He really took the time to explain so many things such as why he chose the herbs he did and even let me read about the herbal combination from his herbal encyclopedia. The acupuncture was very relaxing and again his kind, patient and knowledgeable qualities showed. He made sure I was comfortable before starting. He took the time to massage and find the problem areas of my neck and traps. He was very meticulous in the placement of the needles and made sure to ask if I could feel the needles "grab" which I've never had before. He explained why he was placing needles in other spots such as my hands. Explaining that it was connected to other parts of the body that I was wanting to fix. He explained what I might feel and what's normal etc. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and was yawning all the way home. Tommy working the front desk is also super nice and kind. The office has a very nice clean, organized and zen vibe. I could not highly recommend this place more. There's true care and compassion here and I appreciate it so much.

I have been a patient of Dr Geoff for over 10 years. I started seeing him at another location following an auto accident. I followed him when he started his own practice. He is a lovely soul...highly trained/educated. Puts you at ease. I highly recommend.

Have known Dr. Geoff for almost 10+ years now. He's such a great guy and I've always been a big fan of how he treats his patients as well as the attention to detail in his treatments. Since 2021 I've also been taking my mom to consult with him and she totally respects him too. The office is so well maintained by him and Tommy and is very zen-like ... Always a peaceful oasis. Bonus is you'd also often find their adorable lil dog Jaden on most days :) The friendliest and cutest you'll encounter :) PS: I get the best sleep during the 20 mins of treatment when the needles are in :D
