Since selling out to Unio & having people in God knows where parts of the country taking phone messages that are NEVER returned, what was a wonderful urology practice is totally non-responsive, chaotic, and unfriendly. I don't have time to continuously call and lv messages regarding my husband's care that are never returned. Find a different practice. Apparently, the carpet bagger new owners could care less about patients.
