After a frustrating experience with a Del Mar Dermatologist who was unsuccessful in treating a persistent keloid scar, Dr. Zubair at West Dermatology treated me. Dr. Zubair successfully reduced my keloid scar after one treatment, something I thought might never happen. The improvement is significant and I'm so much more confident now. His expertise and precise approach made all the difference.

I was very pleased with my experience at West Dermatology for my Mohs surgery on my face. Each person of your staff from the reception area to the ladies who prepped me, took my blood pressure prepared for my surgery were outstanding. Before meeting Dr Hamman who was to perform the surgery, I read his bio and his philosophy ,. Him saying, “ With every patient and case, I think to myself, what would I do if this was my family member and that motivates me to constantly work for perfection and to provide the most excellent surgical care I can.” Ironically When I am in a doctors office and he suggests various treatments, I always ask, “ What would you do if i was a member of your family? Your wife? Daughter?etc?” It was then that I knew I was with the right doctor. I felt Dr. Hammond was engaging. Professional answered questions and I felt his concern for me. When I returned a week later to have my stitches removed, Emma was the surgical assistant who did that. She was awesome, again making me feel comfortable and. aware of what she was doing and explaining the procedure and the follow up care. Thank you To your entire staff.
