The office staff and medical staff are all great! They're friendly and professional and explained all treatment steps during my visit. The office looks very clean and modern. The only small annoyance was waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time to be called in. It's been years since that's happened to me at any medical office. However, everything else was great!

I'm actually really upset to write this review, but I can't recommend anyone come here after my experience. I have seen Dr. Zelensky-Larsen a few times in the past and thought she was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I had originally gone to see her for general acne visits and later decided to get IPL treatment done with her for a particular red spot on the bridge of my nose. IPL is not covered by insurance as it is considered cosmetic, so I was prepared to pay ~$250 per visit, for 3 visits, spaced about 4-6 weeks apart. My first IPL visit with Dr. Zelensky-Larsen went well and I was happy with the initial results. She took her time and was very friendly and attentive. When I came in for the second appointment, she was again extremely friendly, though this time it was rushed as another doctor had called out that day and they were overbooked. I realized after Dr. Zelensky-Larsen had already left the room that she didn't hit the main red spot on my nose bridge, which is why I booked these appointments, so I went to the front desk and asked if she could come back and hit that one spot for me. The front desk was accommodating and had me sit in the room to wait for her to come back. When Dr. Zelensky-Larsen came back in, she seemed like a completely different person. I thanked her for taking the additional time to hit the missed spot and she completely ignored me. Her stone cold demeanor was so apparent that her technician actually apologized when Dr. Zelensky-Larsen left the room afterwards. It honestly caught me completely off guard since she was so nice to me not even 10 minutes prior. She was in such rush, she did not ask me which spot I wanted done and instead quickly zapped a bunch of random spots on my face that I did not want her to. She really went hard on a particular area next to my nose that ended up scarring due to her negligence, which really sucks because I didn't care/want that spot to be done. I even waited almost 4 months to give it time to heal, but it is apparent that it has scarred over. The worst part is she didn't even zap the spot on my nose that I wanted, which was the whole reason I booked these appointments. I canceled my 3rd appointment with her after this experience. Waste of money and now it's something I think about every time I see the redness on my face in the mirror :( Dr. Zelensky-Larsen had one bad day, giving me a lifetime scar on my face.

My experience was excellent. My doctor and his assistant Zana were both so kind and gentle. I had 4 moles removed and it took no time at all. I never felt the shots and even after at home no pain at all.
