AMAZING Cosmetic Dermatologist! I have been getting treatments from Dr. Groff for over 5 yrs. All my treatment results have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Groff is a great listener and takes the time to address my concerns. He is very honest and tells me realistically the results that he can achieve. Most importantly, you can trust Dr. Groff not to sell you treatments that you don't need. Thanks Dr. Groff!

I have been to a few cosmetic dermatologists that said they couldn't help me. Finally, I had a consultation with Dr. Groff and he changed my life. I have been living with a dark scar on my leg for years and I was too embarrassed to wear skirts. I have olive-tan skin, so I was afraid to have laser treatments. Dr. Groff assured me that I had nothing to worry about and took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Groff performed the laser procedure on me himself which is refreshing because so many places have their nurses or certified techs perform the laser procedure. My results are amazing and my dark scar is gone. Now. I feel confident to wear skirts again. Thank you Dr. Groff. You truly do deserve all the awards you win for being THE BEST!

I waste my Kinsey and time I spent $ 4500 dollars for birthmark no change still I feel so sad I call the office many times the told me will call u no one calls me back so bad experience I feel bad how much I spent I go home again all the time told me need more treatment each one I pay 400 even for my small tattoo 200 per session was bad no remove I go another place it’s remove totally for 100 per session I don’t recommend this doctor it’s business please no one go there he do simple thing and put it one pictures its make a lot of money like that and the assistance block me from Instagram for no reason

I never write patient testimonials but for the first time ever, I met a physician that everyone should know about. I had a consultation with Dr. Groff and was amazed by his candor and his honesty. Most physicians try to sell you treatments that are unnecessary. However, Dr. Groff evaluated my condition and told me that any further treatments would not improve my condition and not to waste my money on more treatments. It is refreshing to meet a physician that you can trust and will not try to sell your treatments you don't need. I highly recommend Dr. Groff because not only is he trustworthy, but also he is very knowledgeable and caring. As a matter of fact, his patients love him so much that they have voted him San Diego's Best Cosmetic Dermatologist and Best Cosmetic Surgeon for several consecutive years.

Waste of time and money I took my daughter to dr Groff for acne treatment. I paid $250 dollars for a visit and she received no treatment. I had to ask questions about different treatments that I researched on my own and he would provide three word responses. I asked him for a recommendation for a skin cleanser and he said the esthetician was not there and she does that. So what kind of dermatologist advertises that he specializes in acne treatments and does not know which products to use, can't give a chemical peel or create a treatment plan? I will never go back there.

I am 68 years old and had TAKE10 (combination of lasers) done on my face 6 weeks ago by Dr Groff. I was very nervous about doing this procedure but Dr. Groff explained exactly what I would experience from the procedure day through my recovery. My results were better than I ever expected. My friends say that I look 10 years younger and I agree!!! My before and after photos confirmed that I made the right decision in doing this procedure and choosing Dr. Groff. My only regret is that I did not make my appointment sooner to see Dr Groff because my results were life changing.
