Dr. Esparza seen my youngest son and treated him so respectfully and carefully. He was very patient with him. I wanted to bring my other son in for the same type of care from a pediatrician although that's not what I got. Dr. Ayala told my 8 year son that he is bigger than half the senior class. He mentioned he doesn't think there can be any swelling on him because it's just fat all over his body. He asked my son if he was into sports. My son shared he like soccer when the Dr said are you sure you play soccer or do you watch it ? My son said no I don't play but I like it. My son left the office crying and feeling down about himself. After a pandemic & a year & half of no school due to Covid what do you expect ? There is a way to talk to kids without messing with their self esteem. As a pediatrician or a nurse acting or taking care of the doctors patients' you should know better than that and how to treat this age group.

I’ve been reading the reviews and most likely the people that complained are just chronic complainers. There are times when the doctor has an emergency which causes delays. Dr. Esparza is very respectful and really cares for his patients. I know because I’ve been seeing him for more than ten years. He answers all my questions and lets me know how I can help take care of a problem. Staff is friendly with me and very professional. I travel a distance to see Dr. Esparza and would highly recommend him.

Very rude front desk. I went there yesterday at 3pmTrying to make an appointment with myAunt because we both got new insurances with our new jobs . We got advised to try this office out and the lady just didn't want to help! She said she would call the insurance tomorrow and call as well( she didn't call today neither of us) idk how the doctor is, but he needs a new welcoming front desk . Front the very beginning she just looked like she hated her life .

Dr. Ayala & Dr. Esparza are the worst doctors I have ever seen. They are both very arrogant and presumptions. After assuming that I was overdosing myself on ibuprofen without knowing the dosage I take, Dr. Esparza began to tell me I was incapable of taking care of my son. Im very upset i spent 15 dollars and 2 hours at this office, I wouldnt never recommend these doctors to ANYBODY.
