List of Ron Dunchok's Reviews
Absolutely horrible service. Wait times are bad. The staff takes personal calls while taking your vitals. I tried to address this issue but the doctor seemed uninterested. When I broached the subject with the staff member that took the phone call after my 45 min wait she doubled down and screamed out loud in the office that she would take a call whenever she pleased. When I spoke to the doctor again he told me "don't sweat the small stuff." I felt this issue needed to be addressed so I filed a formal complaint thru my insurance and now the doctor, as retaliation, has dropped me. So instead of fixing the personal calls issue with his staff he's gone this route. Not the first time if you read previous reviews. So if you like an office that doesn't value you as a patient or the time you set aside for an appointment and you enjoy being screamed at by staff members that value you even less then by all means check this place out. As far as my health, I'll have to find a doctor that's farther away even though I can't drive and this was within walking distance.
Does not take his medical practice seriously. He is always joking and does not listen to what I have to say. At a few visits, he has walked out of the room, when I though that he will return, but did not. Later the nurse came in to tell me that the session is over, when I had a few more questions to ask.
There is no longer the personal and conscientious approach in dealing with patients. It seems that all patients are merchandise. The staff are discourteous which reflects negatively on the office and the medical group. Visits are long spaced out and not classified according to urgency. Steps or procedures/protocols are not explained properly to patients. Waiting time at office takes longer than the time being seen and diagnosed by the doctor.
My wife and I have been a patient of Dr Dunchok for3 years. When the Dr comes into the room. He will sit down and talk to you. About your medical condition sometimes he is in there for over 15 minutes. His staff are very professional on their job from the time you check in and out.
Dr Dunchok sent me a letter refusing to be my doctor and ending my care because I wrote a negative review on his partner doctor. He obviously wasn't concerned that I receive care, just like his partner wasn't concerned that my daughter received care, who I had written the review on behalf on.
It matters how you treat people Irene. Especially when the doctors away. Please work on your patience. If doctor wasn’t so amazing I’d switch pcps, I like to go where I feel cared about.
Dr Dunchok is super personable. Happy he is my husband Doctor.
Great doctor! I came across a great doctor that sits with his patients and doesn't rush you out. Give this doctor a try! I'm so happy to have found a doctor that cares.
I like Dr Dunchok. A few of the staff at the front desk can be nasty without knowing what they are being nasty about. The doctor is supportive and kind. The nurse Nancy (?) is very kind and spoke nicely to me. The woman that answers the phone gets snotty and practically yelled at me over a misunderstanding. I have always appreciated the office staff. I do not wish them to ever have to walk a mile in my shoes or to know my physical issues first hand, that would be a cruel way to see what they don't know. My family will still see the doctor but I will move on. It doesn't matter if I go find another doctor they are very busy. If I could say anything to the ladies with the know it all nasty tones I would tell them to leave the diagnosis to the doctor and be civil to your patients. You do not know my situation and you did not go to school to make your judgements.
Dr Dunchok is one of the best doctors I have seen. He listens to your concerns and takes time to care for you and never rushes even though he is very busy. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an internal medicine doctor. I give him 5 stars and last but not the least his staff is excellent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
