They don’t care about there patients at all!!!Your just another $$$ to them
I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with my first visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Love the staff here and dr noel shes awesome and the staff here are great they never give me a hard time here there very honest and very well concerned with there patients health. The tell me hello and ask how I'm doing all the time I feel very welcome and appreciated at this office. The nurses here are amazing and they work hard especially in this hard time I thank all of them for there services in the medical field
The entire staff should be required to take a course in dignity. Whenever I go to her office, I gear myself up to be disrespected. The front office staff lacks customer service, empathy and the ability to be kind. No one ever addresses me, instead they look me up and down like they are accessing me, or they totally ignore me. My last visit ( yearly) I was seen my the Nurse Practitioner, and after the exam was over I was getting referrals for specialist. Another nurse or a doctor ( I don't know who she was) and the Nurse Practitioner were discussing my results in front of the staff, but yet this nurse or doctor never introduced herself to me. She was not part of my exam, nor was she Dr. Iskander. I was surprised and offended, by their behavior. First I should have been included in that conversation, second it should have been done in an examination room or away from the staff, and third I should not have been ignored. I'm a nurse myself, I did not disclose that to them, because I wanted to observe their methods, behaviors and attitudes towards me. Because it's well documented African American experience medical disparities from their physicians. This is the main reasons African American's do not trust their doctors. Enough of the stereotypes when treated patients. I do not like the way I feel upon my initial contact, during my exam and after the exam. Horrible experiences each time.
Very hard to get an appointment. Was turned away with and etopic pregnancy last year. Ended up with a ruptured tube before anything was even done could of died. Decided to give her snother chance and now Im being yold Ill have to wait until the the 27th ( todays the 13th) for a Blood pressure of 150/98. Already went to ER . They can not treat in the long term. They want my dr to continue care. But they won’t. So If you want quality care. Do not go there. Not sure if it because if my nationality but I take this lack of concern very personal because it keeps happening.
Every time i went i never seen the actual DR. different nurse practitioner each time. I do not recommend this dr office to anyone.
They picked up the pace here ! I used to have to wait a month to see the doctor now I’m able to see a doctor within days here!
not a doctor that loves and cares about her patients, just wants to get money out of you.......cant wait till i find a better doctor
I went to Dr Iskander for the purpose of a check up, and I was looking for a female doctor. As soon as i was seen they ordered labs. i then got a call by one of the office assistants letting me know that the doctor wanted me to go on a low fat, no meat no dairy diet... this was concerning to me cause i am vegan and i was nursing my twin babies who were about a couple weeks at the time. i asked to make an appointment with the doctor to go over these results and to get a closer understanding of what this all meant. mind you that throughout my whole pregnancy i had blood taken many of times because of the fact that i was carrying twins and at no time was i ever told i had high blood pressure or i was never at a high risk. opposite i was in very good health (different doctor ). when i spoke with the doctor she very quickly looked at the papers hardly listened to what i was asking her and told me to do what she said. i asked her if there could have been a mix up or how i could follow up on these results and she told me that i needed to stop eating meat and dairy which i explained i didnt eat, and she told me "well you can come back in a couple months and we will check your blood again and if its the same ill have to put you on blood pressure medicine" i was in such shock about what she was telling me. she pretty much just wanted me to do as she asked and not ask any questions. this lady is a con and a waste of my time and yours if you decide to choose her as a primary.
I had to get a tb test for a new job and I scheduled Wednesday with the receptionist . It's a two day test. I get there on Thursday at my scheduled time and it turns out they can't do it because they are closed Friday and will not be open till Wednesday of the next week. That's fine, however please inform guests of that when it is a two day test and everyone knows it's a two day test!!! I wasted fuel and time that I could have spent elsewhere had I known . I will never ever come back here. 3rd time last straw

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
