Great Friendly Staff, doctors, nurses everybody knows what they’re doing. I am always well taken care of when I go see them.

First of all, I want to start by saying that I am not a patient of this clinic, but my partner is and has been for several years. She says "Everyone there is so helpful and amazing. They really take their time to get to know what's going on with you and don't make you feel like you're crazy for feeling like something is wrong. I've been coming here since I was 5 years old, and never had a bad experience. I love them so much!" Thank you for taking care of my partner!

Aura Véliz is the best ob. I've had 3 pregnancies 1 normal and 1ectopic and 1high risk. She took really good care of me specially on my complicated ones. Never walk out of there confuse. Always answer all questions but most importantly always explain everything very detailed.Never feel rush Wich is what I love. Had to have a small procedure, while in the hospital she herself kept checking up on me. All the staff has been very nice, friendly and helpful. I never have to wait a long time to be seen.

If I could give this place no stars I would in a heartbeat. By far the worst medical office I have been too. Every single time I came here there was always a problem but today was the cherry on top. I had an appointment today at 2pm that I had scheduled with Daisy regarding the results of my blood work(not once did she mention I was going to have to pay for this consultation). But I had something come up and tried to reschedule with Michelle. Never have I ever gotten so much attitude JUST to reschedule an appointment(not once did she mention I was going to have to pay for this consultation AS WELL). Apparently on Friday's it's WALK IN'S ONLY so I didn't even have an appointment and the next available appointment was mid May...girl WHAT?! You bet your ass I drove right over to the office. So once I got there I wanted to double check that this visit was going to be free. Once they're told me I was going to have to pay $40 JUST TO GET MY BLOOD RESULTS GIVEN TO ME BY THE DOCTOR after i paid 200 for the first visit!!! I refused to pay it so I told them I just want my results, didn't even care to see the doctor at this point and the receptionist rolled her eyes and said "okayyyy?" while making the most confused faced ever. Like is the a challenging task or? Then she told me she's gonna have to ask her manager if she can do that like ??? Ask her what? If I can get MY BLOOD WORK that I paid 200 for?! So I waited and finally got my copy of the bloodwork. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT COME HERE!!! I've came here 4 times and not once did I meet or see Dr. Partovy. The staff is beyond rude and SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I really don't know how they have 5 stars....

The staff here are awesome and very helpful. I currently don't have insurance and have had to go in as a cash patient. Both the nurses and the doctor Mrs. Barbara have been so kind and understanding. You guys are awesome and thank you for your concern during such a difficult time in my life.

According to their office hours they open at 8:30am. I called at 9am and no one would answer the phone. I waited a few more minutes and tried again. They picked up, I told them I was a new patient and need to schedule an appointment. They asked me what type of insurance I had, I told them just so they can say they are not taking new patients. Really? When I enrolled on my employers insurance this doctor showed he was taking new patients and that's why my card says he is my primary physician. So annoyed, but seems like they only take new patients depending on your insurance carrier. Now I have to contact my insurance carrier, change my doctor and now I cant be seen until the 1st of next month!!!!!
