Donna is a wonderful person and talented acupuncturist. I started seeing her during the pandemic, when I was stressed and had terrible insomnia. Each session with her was the bit of self-care needed to help get me on the right track! She listens carefully, has a calming presence and is a great healer. More recently, I've seen Allie, who is also wonderful and very capable!

I have been working with Donna Parker for almost 15 years. Initially, it was for chronic pain but we have worked on a number of concerns to maintain overall health. Donna is gifted with both compassion and a desire to keep on the forefront of not only Five Elements Acupuncture but also functional medicine, particularly as it relates to menopause. I wholeheartedly recommend Donna!

Donna has been such a saving grace when it comes to improving my health and gut-related issues through acupuncture and various herb supplements. She has single-handedly improved my wellbeing when traditional Western medicine failed to do so. In addition to providing world class acupuncture treatment, she serves as a safe space becoming a thoughtful and caring listener. Donna has been helping me with lowering my inflammation for a few months now. She's been so kind and provided extremely personalized care. She takes the time to understand your health, your goals, and provide excellent care with acupuncture (even though I came in afraid of needles) as well as recommendations for supplements and other remedies. My first acupuncture experience was with Donna and it could not have been better! Donna is thoughtful and considerate. She walked me through the process and encouraged questions. It helped that the clinic location has available parking nearby - that can be hard to find in San Francisco.
