Sarah's acupuncture practice has made such a difference in my day to day life - I had such bad neck pain and headaches it was impacting my sleep, work, exercise and mood. After a few months of sessions, my pain is reduced from an 8/10 to a 2/10 and my headaches are nearly gone. Highly recommend Sarah's practice and would take anything she recommends herbs wise!

Sarah is a skilled and attuned practitioner. This is my first experience with acupuncture and it has been a great complement to other practices and treatments (chiropractic, diet, exercise, dance). My issues are in my sacrum, tail bone, and various points down my right leg from hip to heel. I also had some chronic issues in my pelvic floor (numbness, dullness, slight swelling, tightness). Sarah was able to dial in the right treatment for all of these.

Dr. Maiden was great, calm, and helpful! This was my first time doing acupuncture and I chose the right place to start. She listened to me and gave me further advice on how to improve my fertility journey. I highly recommend this peaceful and relaxing oasis!

If you've just been diagnosed with Bell's Palsy and don’t know what to do next, I've been there. I want to share what helped me most: acupuncture with Dr. Sarah Maiden. After a short course of steroids from my primary care doctor, I was told recovery could take weeks or months, with no real options to support my healing, just “wait and see.” A few weeks later, a colleague mentioned that a friend had treated their Bell’s Palsy with acupuncture. That was the turning point for me. I first visited Dr. Maiden about a month after the onset. Even starting treatment that late, I experienced steady, meaningful progress, and I truly believe it helped make my recovery possible. Sarah is an incredible practitioner, she is deeply intuitive, extremely experienced, and really listens. She’s able to tune in into very subtle aspects of the ailments presented, and address them with acupuncture needling and herbal supplementation. I highly recommend Sarah!
