Dr. Zaphiris is by far one of the best doctors I have seen. I highly recommend this physician to anyone that is interested in a comprehensive and very thorough physician.

Feeling really discouraged about even going to this place just call Susan yourself and you’ll see what im taking about. Simple questions she gets real excited and won’t even let you finish your question. This might be a great place but Susan needs to find a different area of work because this might be a little to stressful for her. To who might be a supervisor of this lady should really think about having a serious talk with her on how to treat people or just let her go and find someone who actually wants to do their job. Thank you for nothin Susan.

360 MD has been a blessing in my life. Dr. Sue St. Pierre is more than a doctor to me, she is a friend and I feel like she genuinely cares about my well being and not just about sending me my bill. When I moved to the Bay Area, I was in need of a primary care doctor for annual check-ups. Luckily, a friend recommended Dr. Zaphiris and I could not have been happier with the care I received from her! Coincidentally, I rolled my ankle just days before going to my first appointment and in the few minutes Dr. Zaphiris spent working on my ankle that day, she transformed my pain level from a 9 to a 2. Osteopathic magic! I was blown-away. Dr. Zaphiris always attended to me with thoughtful kind attention, making herself available to answer whatever questions I had. From the beginning, I had the sense that she genuinely cared about me even though she'd not known me long at all. As I began to consider pregnancy in my late 30's, she was especially supportive and helped me, by testing my thyroid levels and taking a few supplements, to get my body in the optimum place for conception. Dr. Zaphiris is absolutely wonderful.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars as they deserve at least 5 more! From the moment I called with an urgent medical need, Claudia who answered the phone was compassionate, professional and simply so sweet to me. Claudia checked to see if Dr. Zaphiris had any availability that day and I held my breath waiting for the call back. I was so happy when she called me back within 10 minutes and told me Dr. Zaphiris would be able to see me later that day. When I arrived at the office I felt comfortable and immediately in good hands. Dr. Zaphiris was warm, kind and understanding of my condition at the time. She was able to get me on the right medication to get me back onto a healthy track. Both Claudia and Dr. Zaphiris personally called me the next day to check in and see how I was feeling. This personal touch made such a difference. I didn't just feel like a 'patient'. I've never felt like this from any immediate care clinic. Dr Zaphiris spends the time to make sure you are getting the right treatment.

Dr Zaphiris practices medicine the way it should be - no 7 minute office appointments here! She is knowledgable and takes the time to listen and understand whatever issues bring you to her. Her skills in osteopathic manipulation and integrative medicine are outstanding. I recommend her without reservation.
