Angela Tam's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Tam was fantastic. Went to through the Hayes to get new glasses. It had been years since my last prescription. Thought why not, let's get it updated. She was very knowledgeable and checked everything! Nothing more to add. Very happy

I came here to see Dr. Angela Tam for whom I have seen at other locations and have been for years. I would refer her to anyone, anyone who wants a great eye doctor that is!! She is very very thorough and answers all your questions. She takes the time to do the job right. I have seen many other eye doctors in the past and NONE are as good as Dr. Tam. She is so great at getting my prescription just right that I always know when I get my new yearly contacts they are going to be spot on!!Oh and she doesn't try to shove products down your throat. She knows that people need to stretch their dollars. Since I was paying out of pocket, I told Dr. Tam upfront that before I buy my newly prescribed multi-focal lenses from anyone, I'd have to first shop around and price them. She took no offense at this and encouraged me to do what was right for me. Again, if you want a great, patient and thorough doctor, then I highly recommend Dr. Tam!!!!!!

I saw Dr. Angela Tam for my first eye exam in about 12 years. Let me just say, she kicks ass at her job. She also happens to be an amazing woman, who goes far above and beyond performing duties as an Optometrist and connects with her patients one on one. I left her office feeling as though I had spoken to a very wise woman with a deep insight in to life, something I did not expect coming out of an eye exam. I felt the human connection that seems so hard to find. When you find it, you want to share the experience with others and let them know, this is possible. More than a Doctor, Dr. Angela Tam is someone who you would want to call a friend. I feel like I have a new friend there in Hayes Valley.
