This lady is the Wonder Woman of ophthalmology! She is so great and her bedside manner with patients is phenomenal. I don't know anyone that listens to a patient and hears their complaint and almost instantly knows what's up and how to treat them. She is sooo kind and genuinely altruistic that you just can't help but be happy to see her! She's fantastic and I wouldn't have any other doctor examine my retinas. Just the best hands down.

Her offices are confusing where you enter and where you check in, with people who don't speak English milling about lik a circus. Bad care here at Pacific eye

Dr. Anne Fung is on a mission to provide eye care to a lot of people. But she does not understand that allowing her staff to bellow out patient names is far from professional. Dr. Fung made statements aout how pharmaceutical companies are "taking all the money." I see. In part, this is Dr. Fung's politics at work. She is a Statist and believes in socialized medicine. This single point, regardless of anything else, will make sure that I do not recommend her or use her services again.

I am a patient of Dr. Ann Fung at Pacific Eye Care hospital in San Francisco.I have seldom seen the level of competence , maturity and technical expertise in a doctor so young.Dr. Fung is brilliant and yet very unassuming and friendly. I really feel safe in her care.

I recently visited Dr. Fung for a macular problem and was scared as heck. However, Dr. Fung was so reassuring and comforting!! She patiently and calmly explained her findings and discussed my prognosis with me. It was just her overall personality that didn't make me nervousShe genuinely cares about the well being of her patients and really enjoys doing her job. Too bad more doctors aren't like Dr. Fung! Top-notch!

Dr. Fung is a great retinal specialist! She is so kind and patient and is not only informative, but comforting, when she explains things to you. She has such a calming effect on me. I hope that my retina never actually detaches, but I feel so reassured knowing that she has my back.The only bad thing I have to say is there is always a long wait at the office before you actually get called in. Expect each visit to last at least an hour...

Dr. Fung was highly recommended by my primary care physician, Dr. Jade Schechter. And yes, indeedy, she is a fantastic doctor.The 3-week wait was absolutely worth it. I was her last patient of the day, but she still spent a significant amount of time with me. Her bright personality was a big plus, too, especially after being shuttled around the place for an hour by the wilted office staff antsing to leave. Dr. Fung is one more I'll add to my army of intelligent, energetic female doctors.
