Anne Han's Online Review Report Card

I have struggled with cystic and hormonal acne from my early pre-teen years (11-12 years old) up until now (24 years old). Dr. Anne Han is the first dermatologist I have come across in all that time that prescribed me medications that ACTUALLY worked and helped clear up my skin! During my first appointment with her, she evaluated my skin's needs and prescribed a skin care routine that has helped me see amazing results! I am truly grateful for Dr. Anne for personalizing a skin care routine that works for me. I no longer have any breakouts and my skin's hyperpigmentation has improved so much since I first started seeing her. I also referred one of my friends who also has skin problems to her, and she has been seeing great improvement in the last few months. Overall, my experience with her has been fantastic and I appreciate her expertise, kindness, and individualized approach to her patients.

I've  had a history of adult acne and rosacea but never sought treatment until this year.   I was referred to Dr. Han by my primary care physician.  My initial appointment was professional and successful.  Dr. Han diagnosed my skin issues, asked thoughtful questions, and ultimately prescribed medication that she thought would help with the issues while minimizing any side effects.  After only a week,  my skin was clear and healthy looking.  This has persisted since that first appointment in February.Dr. Han was professional, polite, and informed.  She listened to my concerns and addressed my particular situation effectively.  Her staff was friendly and efficient.COVID-related:  The office practices recommended protocols.  My temperature was taken and a facecovering provided.  Physical distancing was required. And they had plexiglass barriers at the front administration station.All in all, the exerpeince was great.  I felt safe.  I met some really nice and professional  people Nd had my skin ailmenta resolved quickly.Thanks, Dr Han and staff.

I was referred to Dr. Han by a close family friend.After spending almost "2-years" with "4-different" dermatologist in the Bay Area, that did not resolve my skin condition, Dr. Anne Han was able to diagnose and treat my condition within just "2-months"!!!She is an incredibly skilled and talented Doctor!!!She is also very warm and personable.I could truly tell that she genuinely cares about me and my medical needs.And she speaks to you like you're a "person", not just a "patient."I normally never write reviews... but I simply cannot give enough praise to Dr. Han and her practice.You can tell that she truly loves what she does, which is why she is such an amazingly intelligent and compassionate doctor!Thank you, Dr. Han!I will recommend you to all my family and friends!

Found the entire experience really bad. The bill nearly $300 for not a whole lot of thought nor opinion the consult time with the doctor was for less than 5 minutes yes you heard it. They brushed aside my concerns and just tried to tell me to do anything it would cost me thousands and thousands this made it easy for her to do absolutely NOTHING. What a complete waste of time worst experience ive EVER had with a doctor.

I have been seen twice by Dr Han for a skin rash. I was allergic to Eliquis and made my neck itchy. Nothing worked until I went to Dr. Han. She prescribed Betamethazone and it worked immediately. Thank you Dr. Han. You are heaven sent. I highly recommend Dr. Han.

I recently went back to see Dr Han after a period of time away. Dr Han is the best dermatologist I've ever encountered and would give her more stars if I could. She's incredibly thorough and well-informed on dermatological issues and listens thoughtfully to the patient's concerns before commenting or diagnosing. She's very pleasant and kind and you never feel rushed or that she's trying to get you out in so many minutes.I initially saw Dr Han for a growth on my cheek. She froze it in a couple of visits and the difference is remarkable. You can hardly see it now. She froze off a couple of warts or moles and I was anticipating a lot of pain because that is what I had encountered with previous dermatologists. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick she was and it wasn't that bad. After a brief healing the areas look great.I also saw Dr Han for eczema, which I had developed suddenly in 2019. She tried a couple of different medications and by the third one, found an ointment that finally gave me relief from the horrible itching. It was very expensive and my insurance didn't cover it, but I was willing to pay for it because it was the only thing that worked. She did some research and found a coupon that reduced the cost for me from $260 down to $38.The reason I say that I "went back" is that I left for a while because it was difficult to get through to her office and I think her staff was overworked, but I couldn't find a better dermatologist, so I returned. But I commend them for working during COVID-19. They also have online scheduling now, which is really helpful.I can't say enough good things about Dr Han, and I hope that one of these days Sutter will see their way clear to giving those poor folks in the front office some help. It would be really great if they could come up with some kind of a Concierge system or something, where you have a dedicated scheduler you work with who you could always get hold of. All that to say, it's worth whatever you have to go through to see Dr Han and I'm glad she's younger than me, so hopefully she'll outlast me!

I've had the pleasure of Dr. Han being my dermatologist for the past year. Being African American it's been difficult to find a dermatologist with the proper experience to facilitate my care. During my first visit Dr. Han immediately addressed my concerns and worked with me to devise a treatment plan. Without going into details I am currently 2/3's done with the treatment and extremely happy with the results. I also recently referred a friend and they too are very satisfied with the care Dr. Han provided them.

Dr. Han saved my skin! I was breaking out like crazy beginning of quarantine and she helped get my skin to an even better shape than before. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I'm so so happy with the results

Was advised to see a dermatologist by my PCP after experiencing months of full-body hives. Dr Han was both friendly and addressed my concerns of being able to work during the day by prescribing medication that made my condition manageable while not inducing drowsiness. She also provided thoughtful next step treatment should my condition not improve prior to our next appointment, which luckily I did not have to explore.
