For 20 plus years I’ve been going to Bay Area Cosmetic Dermatology, and I haven’t aged a minute. Well let’s say maybe a few minutes! Dr Kathleen is the best ! She not only keeps me looking younger than I am but she is always is on top of any pre cancer sun damage ! And she never pushes products or procedures but is very informative about what one can do or use. The staff is always helpful and easy going, They even called to tell me they were running a bit late. What Dr office have you ever heard of that does that ! I highly recommend Bay Area Cosmetic Dermatology.

Dr He is the best he sees me and he also sees my daughter for her eczema and he’s always thorough and has great suggestions and takes great care of her especially when she’s very comfortable about her eczema highly recommended him!

I'm not sure how this place has so many good reviews but if you want someone who listens to your concerns and improves your skin, do not go here. I saw Shannon Watkins for my first ever Botox appointment, and it was terrible! I came in concerned about forehead wrinkles and lines above my eyebrows--she said plastic surgery was the only thing that could fix the eyebrow lines (I'm 37.) She said she'd do some baby Botox to prevent the wrinkle crease between my brows--but I said that's not even noticeable and not a concern, I'm not asking about that. She also tried to sell me on a bunch of other improvement procedures. I got the sense she just sells without actually caring about the results. Whatever she did didn't improve my forehead at all and looked really uneven with where she chose to inject and where she didn't. She didn't listen and didn't fix my concerns. I tried another place--my forehead is smooth and so are my eyebrow lines, without plastic surgery. All it took was someone thoughtful who listened. Find someone who is competent and actually listens to you!!! Don't go here.

Dr. Austin is really great. She is collaborative, skilled and is a joy to know. My face looks amazing due to her handiwork (and my following her recommended skin care routine). I would highly recommend her
