Good Care, Qualified Doctor, But a Few Concerns The facility is modern, clean, with a calming atmosphere. Nursing staff was friendly and efficient, and my appointment started on time.I was surprised that the physician and two others (likely residents) didn't wear masks despite UCSF's policy requiring them in patient care areas during respiratory season (Nov 2024-April 2025). The nurses I saw all were masked. The doctor was knowledgeable and well-qualified. Though the consultation felt rushed at times, I received helpful information about my condition and treatment options. However, I was told to 'message if anything changes' without specific guidance on what changes to watch for. The follow-up process could have been explained more clearly, as it left me a little confused about next steps.While the doctor has impressive credentials, I would have appreciated adherence to masking policies and better communication.

If you like to get appointment with doctor be aware you have to wait forever. Even if you patient and you got lucky and some one in the office will answer phone you have to be on hold for minimum 3 month to get appointment. I will not recommenced this doctor and hes office staff to anyone.

Disappointed. No lab or medical exams were taken during my visit with Dr. Breyer at UCSF. Not even a simple urine or blood test. I got billed $867. A second consultation was requested by Dr. Breyer via Zoom (video call). This consultation ended up being just a message that the doctor preferred not to proceed with surgery. This is something that the doctor could have shared via email with no charge. I got billed $397.05. Also, terrible communication and most of the time diverging information between what communicated by the doctor, his assistant, and the billing department. Just sharing my experience.

Thank you for my surgery. You are the greatest. From my accident i thought i would never ever be able touh have kids for the rest of my life. After God sending me to you and having a successful surgery , my wife gave birth to our second child. Thank you Dr Breyer for everything you have done. May the Lord continue to bless you and your family.

Great clinical doctor who explains everything very well. Last year had minor surgery and overnight hospital stay,Dr.Breyer was very good at follow up. Was very good listener and at finding out what was wrong. My procedure was minor but very difficult. Dr.Breyer was excellent
