I can be a very indecisive and picky consumer. I was expecting like a 10 minute matter-of-fact conversation. Instead I got an unexpected amount of nearly therapeutic levels of compassion from my consultant, Colleen. I couldn't ask for more empathy and helpful information over several conversations. She truly infused a sense of optimism that wasn't there before. I hope all the consultants are even half as attentive to their patients concerns as Colleen has been.

I was very, very impressed with how the immediate response to my 1st visit to Bosley. Which the Dr. had examined my hair-scalp for getting hair ( transplant) graft. He explained how my hair was baby fine and I had good coverage of hair and if he tried to put implants in that he thought he could potentially not have enough area between my hair follicles to place the implants. He went on to tell me that the implant would be too close to my hair follicles. The implant could likely be damaged from the implant that my own hair follicles would fall out and never grow back. He suggested to make my forehead where my bangs were thinner to put implants there. I went home and was discouraged. Immediately the lady at Bosley tried to contact me to go back and to be checked out again with another Doctor. So I went back and was told that I could get transplants up in the front but more in my hair line. I have been so pleased with the incredible attention to detail and kindness all at BOSLEY GAVE ME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WANTING HELP WITH ANY HAIR LOSS TO GIVE BOSLEY A CALL!

I’m so happy I decided to go with Bosley for my FUE procedure. The results after a year are better than I hoped for. Coleen and everyone that I’ve dealt with at the San Francisco office have been fantastic throughout this whole process. Thank you Bosley!

Not a very serious business. Basic appointment was missed with no proper communication. Seriously? One single person who can do a consultation and couldn't arrive on the day of a scheduled appointment?

Sherri, Sandra, Rose, and Sveta were amazing. Sherri and Sandra get a special callout for overthe top in their customer service skills they were. Amazing staff overall. They even brought me a blanket! However, the last two MA's did not utilize the blanket and I began to freeze a bit. On the otherhand, they did allow me to watch TV though. Balanced trade off. I do recommend this place to everyone!

Dr Rose was amazing. He answered all my questions and concerns before the procedure, and has a great sense of humor! His credentials top notch too! His team (there’s alot!) were extremely attentive and friendly, and made sure i was comfortable the entire process. Dr Rose even called that evening to check on me. Great experience!
