Easy to make appt. efficient and friendly front office staff at checkin competent MA that took vitals overall practice time mgt. very good. No wait to see Dr. Lu who had studied my chart in depth prior to entering the exam room to meet me for the first time. Dr. Lu did a thorough exam and even explained to my understanding results of testing data that I’ve never understood for the last ten years. He explained the next treatment step and clearly outlined the three possible outcomes for this step. He is the third specialist I’ve seen for this medical issue. I found him easy to relate to and will definitely see him again for my followup. I recommend this doctor.

Dr Lus office has to be one of the most mismanaged physician offices ever. I had a sleep study done almost 6 weeks ago. No follow up from office. I have left several voicemails and they say they will have someone call me back and no one ever does. Impossible to get a hold of a live person in the office. Always an answering service. I would never go back.

Dr Lu stepped in for me in the 11th hour request an associate and gave me an appointment. He is superb in every way but especially as a pulmonologist. I would recommend him without qualification. I have had no problems with his front desk or billing. It has nothing to do with what I find offic I have had no problems with his front desk or billing. It has nothing to do with what Kind of a physician he is. I recommend him highly.

I received a bill from his office for a consultation that never happened. I dont know who he is and I never met him. I went on yelp to write a review there were 3 other 1 star reviews complaining about billing lack of quality service.

Here is a doctor who takes great pride in his specialty of sleep apnea. He cares and follows up. He pursues all avenues and approaches to the problem of what can be a mysterious condition. However, his DME provider for the Cpap, is less than professional and hard to reach intelligent life there.
