I would give this unprofessional place zero stars if I could. I do not recommend anyone going there, not even my worse enemy. The owner made a rude and slanderous comment. He mentioned that he's not available during this two weeks during Christmas which is fine with me. That is not the issue at all. I inquired about appointments in early January but he wanted something earlier, before he's on vacation during Christmas. I told him I'm not available due to childcare, work, and other appointments. Then he made an unprofessional and slanderous comment. I changed to another provider.

Ken is not a very nice person and doesn't know how to deal with people in a kind or friendly way.He needs to learn social skills when dealing with the public.I had a very poor brief interaction with him.I hope to never meet him again.

Have been coming here for more than twenty years. It is the absolute BEST! This place is the real deal. Dr. Li recently retired but her daughter-in-law continues to provide excellent and effective treatment. There is also another location in Hayward - Dr. Lily (Dr. Li's daughter and 4th generation doctor) seems to work medical miracles. She used to work in the SF location when I first started treatment. The family are truly gifted and we are blessed to have them in the Bay Area.

I really wanted to be open to this experience that is far different from any acupuncture that I have had over the last 25 years of my life. This is basic old school acupuncture that focuses on the point of injury and not the whole person which for a back injury does not work. I believe that Li Yan-Jiang is very experienced at her craft but feel that the language barrier ( little English) which requires her son to translate makes the treatments disjointed and incomplete. In addition, the larger acupuncture needles and the traditional practices ( including bleeding) create more pain than I have experienced with other acupuncture treatments. In the end, the results that I had over 3 weeks of coming to this center were not up to my expectations. I did much better with other practitioners just prior and just following this.
