Consistently great experience, from front desk to check in to Physicians Assistant who evaluated my daughter. For high urgency but not life threatening situations including prescriptions, it’s exactly what the doctor ordered.

My first time to this outfit. Very clean! Everyone I encountered there was superb in their dealings with the customer. Extreme thoroughness from the nurses who saw me for a stubbed toe and educational thorough assessment from the radiologist. Best customer service ever! I highly recommend them for anyone.

Staff is amazing. They listen and give tests professionally and quickly. PA's are thorough and answer all questions. Testing is fast and accurate. I trust them and will use them whenever I need urgent care. Highly recommended.

Wow! Really wish I'd looked at reviews before bringing my daughter here last week. She'd had 3 days of a very sore throat and I wanted to rule out strep and Covid. Pediatrician had no same day appointments and this was the closest urgent care in-network with our insurance. It was easy to make an appointment online and I uploaded all of our insurance info. We get to the appointment and they ask for my insurance card literally 3 different times. I've never had this happen anywhere before, but the front desk staff seemed either new or under trained. We had to wait for 30 mins after our appointment time and the office seemed really understaffed. The appointment was over relatively quickly and we got the results quickly. But a week later I got a $300+ charge on my credit card for the visit. They never ran it through my insurance at all. I'm hopeful that I can get this resolved, but so much for convenience. I can't imagine coming here again.

Absolute scam. In general this place taught me that urgent cares are a scam. I was septic, literally hours away from dying and these people charged my gf 250 just to tell her to take me to a hospital. No joke. I'm laying in the lobby screaming in pain not sure what's wrong. I can hear them taking my gf credit card info. They move me to another room a lady come in and goes...take him to a hospital. The didn't even test anything. But they made sure to get our money. They were more expensive that the hospital honestly.

Love this place - super easy to book appointment, fast service - courteous and kind drs, nurses, and receptionists. Definitely will be back, and bring my husband here for all of our PCP needs.
