Horrible experience. I got a "rapid" test done at this site and was told the results would come in a few hours. It's been over 24 hours and I still have no update. The automated call line prompts lead me to the same prompts. It's impossible to get in touch with a customer care rep.

My experience getting tested at this Carbon Health testing center was very positive. I showed up a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and they took me immediately. There was no line. They use a shorter swab that only goes into the bottom part of your nose so it's a much better experience than the long swab that goes all the way back. I got my results in 36 hours.

They were booked pretty far out but by checking the website a few times a day, I was able to get an appointment for a test needed for a dental appointment. Staff are great- courteous, professional, prompt, and welcoming. I arrived early for my appointment and did not wait long at all. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. Both nostrils get an aggressive swab for COVID but the test wasn't a deep nasal cavity "brain tickler" I've received from a prior test months ago. Would book another appointment should I need another COVID test!

SF.Gov got results back in half a day. Still waiting after 2 days from Carbon for results. First time in history private business is slower than government. Just go through SF testing

I had an appointment at 12 pm. Arrived at 12 pm. There was one person ahead of me. The entire thing took 20 mins, which involved them answering questions I had, checking me in, etc. The staff were very warm, and made it clear if I was in pain I could let them know. The whole thing was very efficient and comfortable. Plus they seemed to do a good job spacing out the appointments, so there was only one other person there when I was.
