Try to get a human on the phone. All the numbers on the web say that they are no longer in service! I am trying to get a copy of my bill and failing. What a scam company!

I took my son for covid testing needed for a school function that was 44 hours later. Was told they had a 30-36 hour max turn around. Just was told because of testing volumes his results won’t be available for 3-5 days. Extremely irritating as now my child can not participate because his results won’t be received in time. 😠
