Dr. Campbell is wonderful and I recommend her 100%. I have been visiting her for + 7 years. I am always satisfied with my results. I have had a variety of services, including Clear and Brilliant, Fraxel, Filler, Botox and am always happy. Even after moving farther away to SJ, I continue to visit because I only trust her with my face :)

I can’t recommend Dr. Campbell enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly brilliant at what she does. During one of my visits, she identified pre-cancerous skin lesions (something I had no idea to look for myself) and made sure they were treated right away. That level of care and attention is rare and gave me so much peace of mind. Beyond that, she has such a strong eye for helping you look and feel your best. I actually drive four hours from Big Sur to see her because I trust her completely and can’t imagine going to anyone else.

Dr. Campbell is amazing! I have had every skin issue under the sun, and she has managed to provide me with a no-nonsense simple skincare routine yet highly effective to address all of my 1,001 concerns. I have seen her when she had her practice in Napa and continue to drive to SF because I trust her with my skin. I have recommended my friend, whom recommended her friend and received nothing but positive feedback. She does not push her products on you, but her products are amazing especially her sulfur wash. Also, Destiny is amazing and responsive via email. You won’t regret selecting Dr. Campbell as your dermatologist.

A+ Injector! Words cannot express how grateful I am that I found Dr. Campbell. Before I got Botox from her, I've gone to at least 10 different injectors, whether they were doctors, nurses, etc. However, every single time, something was off; they either injected too much in my forehead, dropping my brow, or I got the Spock look. Either way, I went about a decade searching for the perfect injector. And the search is over! Dr. Campbell has an innate sense of exactly where to inject, and how much. I'm so glad that I found her! She is also very knowledgeable about skin care in general, and she gives great guidance on any issue that you're dealing with, without trying to sell you on something you don't need. 10/10 highly recommend!

Dr. Caren Campbell is the best dermatologists in San Francisco for both medical and cosmetic treatments. Her no-insurance, direct-pay model means you get real, personalised care without feeling rushed. I went in for Botox in San Francisco, and the results were incredibly natural—refreshed, not frozen. She is highly skilled in cosmetic dermatology (Botox, fillers, anti-aging) while also being excellent for medical dermatology like acne, rosacea, and skin checks. If you’re looking for a top cosmetic dermatologist in SF for Botox and expert skin care, Dr. Caren Campbell is the one. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I left this appointment feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with my experience. Prior to booking I was told that extractions would be performed. However, at the appointment I was informed that this would not be possible because my acne was not considered severe enough for the specific treatment I was seeking. I booked this appointment at a cost of $300 based on the understanding — communicated by the front desk — that extractions would be included. The communication around my treatment plan felt condescending and the overall bedside manner and office interaction did not feel supportive or collaborative. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients.
