Dr Quintana ,is an excellent physician with a wonderful warm bedside manner. He takes the time that is necessary to get to know his patients, even in the hospital setting. He is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent And. Although he is out of my network I will do everything I can do to keep him as my neurologist. I had only a mild stroke but I want to make sure I don’t have another one and I trust Dr Quintana completely. To me he is a 5/5 doctor. JoD

Dr. Quintana is one of the finest physicians I have ever had. Not only did he have the most accurate diagnosis but his plan of care was exactly what I needed. He took the time to teach me about my illness and the steps I needed to take to recuperate. Because I was not feeling well I was not absorbing things he had already explained to me but he had the patience to go over and over it as many times as it took till it sunk in. He is an incredible teacher to his patients and has one of the most caring and compassionate bedside manners I have ever come across in the 35 years I’ve worked in healthcare and had to be a patient. Thank you Dr. Quintana for seeing me every day, for your patience, for your expertise and most of all for your kindness. Sincerely Lisa

Dr. Quintana was the first neurologist I had treating my seizures, which I was diagnosed with in San Francisco. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, attentive, and always makes you a priority, and feel valued. It’s hard to find all those qualities in doctors, and if I moved back I would absolutely see him as my neurologist again.

Dr. Quintana is the BEST doctor I have ever treated with for ANYTHING; much less something as serious and disabling as my injury/condition. He is compassionate, listens, trusts and gives great insight and advice when you really need it. I am throughly impressed with his knowledge of CRPS and if you have this awful injury-i would recommend Dr.Q. The office did have a problem, but the issue (a woman working there) is no longer there and I believe she was the MAIN problem. Just my opinion.

I am APPALLED at the conduct of Dr. Quintana's office. I've been completely ignored by his office staff when trying to make an appointment for almost 2 months. As a patient having problems with a prescription, I've been calling the office repeatedly and leaving messages for them... NOT ONE call returned. It should be a crime for patients to be treated this way especially when medication is involved. The doctor himself was a good, but it doesn't matter when his office ignores patients.

Sloppy handling of case: did not order correct tests; did not read results; suggested wrong med. Pleasant manner but so glad I went elsewhere. I liked him personally and hope I am an exception.
