Such an incredible doctor! My PCP was not interested in finding the answer to my stomach issues; I went months afraid to leave the house basically. My friend recommended Dr. Cabansag and it was so refreshing to see how determined she was to help me get the care I needed. I'm really grateful to have her in my corner whenever I have questions or need medication updates. Their staff is equally as incredible; they always go out of their way to provide care - so thank you!

thoroughly knowledgeable doctor who carefully evaluates the symptoms and fully explains the situation. Highly recommended. Has helped my digestive issues to no end.

Dr. Cabansag, is a very kind and gentle doctor. She was a sleuth in discovering the G.I. issues that had been plaguing me for years. Two other G.I. doctors had missed it! You can put yourself at ease when you are in Dr. Cabansag hands!

Dr. Cabansag is great. She's very caring and thoughtful. I was diagnosed with rectal cancer in 2003. The doctor I had been seeing never followed up after a colonoscopy even when the prep was incomplete and another colonoscopy was needed. Dr. Cabansag gave me more tools in my toolbox to combat the chronic effects of the cancer treatment. She also ensured my colonoscopy was completed because she knew how distraught I was regarding prep. I also received a followup call and appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Cabansag

My only complaint, and it's a big one, has to do with your computer generated calls to setup Follow Up appointments. The system needs work, and I hope my report provides induces change.A few weeks ago the computer called to say I was to have a FU up with Dr. Cabansag, and I was to wait for a human to respond and then told to hold. Then I was told I would be called later and was instructed to enter my number(the one they called me on!), so I complied and hung up. I was never contacted. The next day I called and was able to talk to human and make an appointment with Dr. C. The appointment went well, and she isn't the problem.Five(?) days later the computer called me again which seemed odd, but I continued with its command, was put on hold, transferred to some character in Los Angeles who knew nothing, etc. It became obvious that the computer system was simply doing a repeat not knowing the first one failed. Annoying and time wasted!Poor office management invariably gives the doctor a poor Yelp, etc. rating which isn't fair to and does not provide an accurate assessment of her quality of care.Mac Coffey

She is great and a fantastic doctor but her STAFF is the worse. They had me go to an appointment ( $20 each way in uber) to an appt only to have the front door locked and when I knocked I was told the doctor is only doing virtual appointments and my appointment was a virtual one. NOT once did her staff tell me that not in email, not via phone , not once. I also called because I was in severe debilitating pain and the staff I’m sure didn’t tell her at all although I specifically asked them to tell her and have her give me a call or “see me” as an urgent app post. I think I should have a specialist that I have some access to in a healthcare crisis.

Dr Cabansag is attentive and caring. She worked with me to resolve health issues. She follows-up and checks-in.
