I am an owner of a Private Security Guard company that provided security guard service for one of their newly constructed facility in Fresno. We were contracted for 2 weeks in early November 2023 for immediate 24/7 patrol, both mobile and standing guard while they waited for windows and doors to be placed in the shell of a new building. We did so at a moments notice, and protected their property without complaint. Since providing that service, we have yet to collect payment for those services that were provided by hard working people with families, and they take their job duties seriously. Not a single penny have we collected in our unsuccessful attempts to so. We have been patient, given many excuses for reasons of delay, lied to and just getting the usual run around. We are so distraught in the idea that an organization such as BAART Program refuses to settle their debt for services we provided in good faith. We're a small and reputable company that employs U.S.Veterans with outstanding service records, and so thoroughly disappointed to be treated as if the job we provide to keep our community safe, can be so easily dismissed by an organization that profess to care about people, especially ones with an addiction. I personally wouldn't recommend this organization to people struggling with addiction. It's a matter of trust, and I don't trust anyone that will NOT pay their debts.
