Sylva is truly a gem—both as a professional and a person. I’ve been seeing her for facial electrolysis treatments for the past year, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I tend to get anxious before hair removal appointments and wasn’t sure what to expect with electrolysis, but Sylva immediately put me at ease. Her gentle touch and effortless conversation make each session fly by. Living far from family, I’ve also come to deeply appreciate the thoughtful life advice she’s shared—on everything from career to friendship to family. As for the treatment itself, the results have been incredible. I’ve seen a dramatic reduction in hair density and thickness, and it’s clear Sylva truly knows her craft. She takes immense pride in her work, from the cleanliness of her space to the comfort of her clients. Sylva is truly amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk into her clean, welcoming office, you feel right at home. She creates such a comfortable environment, and you never feel rushed during the sessions. I’ve experienced both her customized treatments and electrolysis services, and I am very happy with the results so far. I’ve struggled with chin hair for quite some time, dealing with ingrowns, and the constant need to pluck, but after working with Sylva, there has been noticeable progress. The hair removal has helped me regain my confidence, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and the care she puts into every session! Thank you Sylva!

I have pcos and had electrolyis. I only wish I had done sooner. Her office is clean, she is friendly, knowledgeable. I have super sensitiveskin and I am amazed out howwell it healed and quickly. There is parking nearby. Very satisfied!

I have PCOS. Horrible facial hair. I spent over 5000 on laser and it came back worse. I waited years and wish I had fone this first and much sooner. I have smooth skin. The dark hair is almost completely gone(not done with treatment yet.) This is made a huge impact on my confidence! I feel great. Office is clean, she is friendly, effiecent,easy to get an appt., parking is available. She is puntcual!! Very satisfied!
