Misha cured me from allergies ! I used to suffer terribly from allergies to Acacia trees bloom for 2 miserable months for years Misha was recommended to me by my sister Marija. I definitely don’t appreciate the fact that I called and left a voicemail 2hrs before my appointment to tell them I couldn’t make it. And the fact that I wanted to get my treatment today made me feel bad too. Because it works but there are definitely other places to go. I’m a disabled veteran with numerous issues and one being my stomach. Now they said they didn’t get the message or see my name but I called because I respected their time and the VA dime. Even mentioned coming back in March just to make all appointments from Louisiana. But I definitely just called my doctor to complain of being fussed at for not being able to make it. Then whomever called ask someone in the background should they cancel my Tuesday appointment. Yes indeed fussing at me.. please cancel.. definitely putting this in my VA record has one of my weekly stressors..

As a retired acrobatic performer, I have plenty of old sports injuries. I swam hard a in our bay a couple weeks ago, which caused my arm/shoulder to flare up so much I’ve had trouble sleeping and working this past week. My deep tissue massage this weekend wasn’t enough, so I went back last night to my old acupuncturist and had electricity added to the needles- Magic! Highly recommended for my fellow swimmers & acrobats for any injuries (joint aches) or just fatigued. Instant pain relief, reasonably priced, caring staff.

When I stopped eating it my stomach stopped hurting and feeling bloated. It was the small simple things that Dr Misha recommended I change that made stellar differences in my overall health. I visited two times a week for 90 days and followed the treatment plan. Now I visit about once or twice a month or more depending on my body pain. I still maintain my healthy lifestyle. I cannot recommend misha cohen highly enough. In the 20 plus years I have been going to her for acupuncture I have been helped and or cured of the pain that I was experiencing. From sciatic pain to tendentious to planter fisciatus (sp), she has helped or erratiated the pain each time. This is a no frills work space, but a warm and welcoming one. Misha,s knowledge of acupuncture and Chinese medicine is unsurpassed and I marvel about her knowledge and understanding of the human body. I cannot recommend her highly enough. It's rare to find practitioners as dedicated, caring and kind as Misha and her staff. I went in somewhat skeptical, never having had acupuncture before, and within one visit, the post-op swelling in my foot that had persisted for months improved noticeably. I also gained a fair bit of sensation back, probably due to the TENS therapy (pulses of low-level current) that Misha combined with the acupuncture - as well as the fantastic therapeutic foot massage from Wellington. She even did my knees for no extra charge, and now they don't hurt for the first time in years (have osteoarthritis). Well worth a try. Misha came recommended to me from a well-regarded doctor in Minneapolis, and my healing body is grateful for her work.
