This place is run like a factory. They stack appointments and you pay a lot of money to park in their garage because street parking isn’t possible with injuries that limited walking. In terms of care, in my own experience, as well as having a medical background, I knew I didn’t need an X-ray because nothing was broken & my injury wouldn’t show up on it- but it was required so I did it anyway. Then an MRI, then the Dr needed a minimum of a week to read it. In the meantime, without an answer, I must go to work & keep coming back. A week & a half later, nearly a 2 hour wait for results and in the actual office for 5 mins to hear what I had initially expressed I thought was wrong in the 1st place, was.. and not treatable beyond PT. I was left unsatisfied with the process & my opinion that there was something additionally going on was left ignored.Could’ve been given these results in an email and I will not go back or recommend. They are also impossible to get on the phone, it’s always straight to voicemail & they want to charge you $50+ for a copy of your image- and my new Dr. works within the same company!Since then, the additional issue has been discovered & I have a new Dr. treating me.Dr. Cox might be a good Dr. but better Dr.s who aren’t trying to meet a quota that aren’t hard to find.

Been to Dr Cox 3 times- very pleasant, punctual, very good listener...explains my problem and the solution- clearly, thoroughly, Dr Cox made sure that this 80 yearld tennis player with a right knee problem understands...Great doctor....Highly recommend Dr Cox ..

Dr. Cox is the best! He did my right hip in 10/2018 and just did my right knee replacement 7/2020. Pre and post ops, you are in the best hands possible. He and his staff are the best. Professional, yet still being personable, they truly care about your needs. Cora Gadduang is his right hand woman, she is awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Cox and his team!

Put simply? The best. Everything your Mom told you about motorcycles is true, yet you can confidently disregard any reviews less than 5 stars about Dr. Cox. I was a 47 yr old guy who walked with a cane following a superbike mishap...since THR hip surgery with Dr. Cox 12 yrs ago I've become a distance backpacker and martial arts practitioner, without a trace of a limp. The entire CPMC staff is crisply responsive, dazzlingly competent and cheerfully positive...none more so than Dr. Cox himself. Highest rating!

I was glad Dr. Cox told me to do both at the same time. Although I'm 70, I'm in fairly good shape. Walked immediately, dancing (ballroom) within a month. Skied 8 months later.
