List of Circle Medical - A Ucsf Health Affiliate's Reviews
The easiest! NICEST! Dr's. Office, Iam so happy I found them. I recommend this to anyone who needs help with ADD/ ADHD and has had a prior diagnosis of it.
I personally had a seamless and painless experience with Circle Medical. I booked an appointment , was seen on phone next day, Dr Lucy Wallang was a pleasure and she was very understanding and patient with me , explained things so that I can understand and It turned out I needed a prescription which was sent in and I was able to get very quickly. I can only speak for my own personal experience but I'm impressed and satisfied.
I had an urgent need for care and nobody saw me sooner than my provider at Circle Medical. I couldn't even believe this service exists as I have struggled to find proper care in the past. Waiting on my insurance to get approved as well, so the consultation fee at circle medical was affordable. Medication prescription was submitted promptly and without a hassle. The chat window is always available and providers are quick to respond if you have a related or unrelated question to your current treatment. They recommend other companies as well if that's what it takes for them to get you help. Highly recommended!
I work at a call center and take in 200 to 300 calls per day and love it that Circle Medical is done via text vs. phone calls
First believe the reviews. Chat questions will take days for answers. My first appointment they asked me all kind of bizarre questions that a normal doctor would never ask. At the end of the appointment, well book another appointment. No idea about treatment or prescriptions. It seems they just want you to book more and more appointments and never resolve anything. So I just wasted a bunch of time and then finally had to go to a real doctor.
Terrible customer service, been waiting a week for them to call in my prescription. Appts are very brief. Don’t respond to chat and can’t speak to anyone online. I’m out $100 in co-pays and nothing to show for it.
My goodness. I have never felt so heard and seen before. The doctor I had was super personable. She seemed so compassionate. I almost cried both times I talked to her. My prescription was filled within 2 days and my insurance paid for it. This was the best decision I've ever made.
Do yourself a favor and go to an actual doctors office and see a doctor face to face. I booked an appointment w a nurse practitioner on July 4th.. had a follow appointment on July 5th and was prescribed medicine to treat the diagnosis. The pharmacy I put down apparently does not deal with the medication i was prescribed so it took them 24 hours to try and send it to a near by CVS. About a day and a half pass and I call the CVS to pick up my Rx and they tell me that it still hasn't been pre approved by my insurance, and that my doctor would need to call to clear it. It is now July 9th, 5 days after I initially reached out for help. The only way to communicate with anyone is through a chat where they warn you that the quickest response time will be 12 hours. Since I complained and notified them of the incident at CVS they have not responded to me yet (over 24 hours). I think this service is fraudulent and they just want to make it really easy to book appointments, but everything after that is a complete mess. I've been billed for two appointments that literally haven't helped me one bit and I wonder what that'll come out to....Save yourself the trouble RIGHT NOW and AVOID!
Very poor service. I was diagnosed and put onto a medication and then they cancelled my appointments and told me they wouldn’t see me due to an insurance miscommunication. Now I am struggling toFind a provider to see me and help me with my medication refill and I will be out of medication before a new provider can see me.
Circle medical is amazing, you can choose the provider you want to see, i make my appointments at the times that are convenient for me. I have seen appointments available for as early as 5 in the morning. billing is easy and fast this service has been covered by my insurance so I just pay my copay. I had an issue with my pharmacy I called circle medical and someone on there end took care of it immediately. Definitely give it a try

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
