I've been getting regular facials for over a decade; here are the reasons this one has undisputedly been the best facial I've ever got: - Kaotour makes magic and miracles happen! She's knowledgeable, warm, personable and makes you feel good about your skin. She isn't one of those who tells you a zillion problems with your skin to sell different services or products. She genuinely cares and makes it a partnership to improve your skin together - The treatment and products are customized to your skin. I have super sensitive skin and inevitably leave facials with flaky, painful skin. Not today! Immediately after my treatment here, my skin visibly looked radiant, hydrated and healthy - The place is located conveniently and is clean and serene Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

Kaoutar is incredible. I've been coming to see her since 2017 thanks to a recommendation from a former coworker, and I'm so glad I did. I do the 50/50 Facial & Peel, which has transformed my skin. She is also a skin product guru who has helped me select lots of (reasonably priced) and effective products to create a sustainable skincare routine. I highly recommend her services!

This is actually really upsetting to write. I've had appointments with Kaoutar in the past that were great, but not sure what changed with her and her customer service. I booked an appointment here for my sister, I highly recommended Kaoutar and wanted to gift my sister a facial. I scheduled an appointment originally for a Sunday which she then reached out and needed to reschedule for during the week, no problem. The day before appointment she messages me again saying she overbooked and needs to reschedule again, fine. The day of her appointment my sister showed up at the studio and no answer on the door, we called and called and finally she answers and gave a phony reason as to why she wasn't there and needed to reschedule. The next week rolls around and my sister arrives to the studio, no one to open the door, no answer on either phone (not sure why she has a phone number on the website if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS IT), and to this day no one has gotten back to me about this or tried to explain what happened. Really disappointed in this whole situation because I used to love this place, but this level of unprofessionalism is just not okay. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience here and I didn't even get a facial out of it. I made an appointment for 10:00 and the morning of I was asked to come in at 12:00. No problem... I came at 12:00 and the door was locked. I called the main number and no one answered. I texted Kaoutar to share that I was outside the door. No response. Eventually an employee came and she also didn't know what was going on. This kind woman eventually called and I could tell the phone call was not going well. I felt very sad for her because she was just trying to help me. I eventually left at 12:30. I wanted to make sure I didn't get charged for not showing up and finally someone answered the phone. She would not acknowledge that she didn't show up... I kept trying to explain that I had been there and that I didn't want to be charged. She was not listening to me at all, instead she asked who'd referred me. After telling her, she kept talking and about how important it is to be accommodating during COVID. She then asked me two more times who referred me and then called me "Tyler." At this point I knew she wasn't really listening to me and was trying to make me feel bad instead of taking responsibility. I felt very sad and flustered by the whole experience. It was so poorly handled.

I had several appointments with Kaoutar and was happy with the service. This time I scheduled an appt through the website like always, got there on time and the door was locked. I messaged Kaoutar to let her know I was there, no response. Then I called, she didn't answer the phone and never got back to me. It was very frustrating. I wasted money on parking and time getting there. Very sad people can just bail on their clients.

Yes! Finally. This place is amazing! As a guy, I usually don't take care of my skin. But after one recent visit- being dragged kicking and screaming by my girlfriend mind you-- I can tell the difference immediately. My skin has never felt so good and shiny! I've gotten comments saying from people saying that I look happier too. Definitely coming back here and recommending Complexion to friends and loved ones! 5*+

I've been going here consistently for over a year and I'm so happy! Katuor is kind, smart, passionate about her work and listens to your needs. I fully trust her with my skin and I look forward to my visits every time!

I've only gotten one facial here, but it was great ! Kaoutar was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very relaxed and felt like my skin was really clear afterward. She also recommended a lot of products that are affordable and easy to order on amazon. I like her motto of "less is more" because it's so easy to get overwhelmed with all the skincare products out there, but I really prefer not to have a 45 minute skincare routine every day and night. Her idea is to just cleanse, one serum and moisturize, with a couple other things here and there. I would highly recommend coming to Kaoutar, especially since the first facial is only $50!

I've always loved seeing Kaoutar, and I've seen her for a few times and she's always been my go-to in SF. However, this last time, I tried making an appointment with her. She responded, but never confirmed. I tried emailing her the days leading up to my appt to confirm, and she never did. Not sure if she stopped working or no longer is taking clients, but it makes me really sad she hasn't given anyone notice or information! I hope she comes back, but beware if you make appointments, she may not confirm and show up!
