Go somewhere else if you need emergency services. All the nurses and imaging staff were really nice, but after 6 long hours there, waiting for so long in between rare communication/status updates, the MD sent me home still in pain and told me that a hot compress should make it better. I continued to be in pain for 3 more days afterwards. The cherry on top is that they just run all the useless tests, bill insurance for everything, saying that they gave you pain meds but they really didn't, and rack up your bill so high FOR NOTHING. I had a doctor friend look at my imaging scans later and he confirmed that the MD misinterpreted my results. Severely incompetent, dismissive and terrible communication.
awful experience. 0 care. Didnt even check anything before dismissing me. Place is a ghetto zoo full of mean doctors and 51/50
Efficient, smart, thorough, and extremely friendly staff. They were also very good at explaining what was happening in a clear way.
I had to come there Dec. 30 2022 and have surgery Dec 31 as I had fell back in September and broke my back got infection this was the only Dr and place that would take me. Dr. Andrews did a great job.
I had my experience here on Monday, February 28th. My nurse was Sophia/Sophie. She was amazing. So kind and friendly. She was so patient and professional with me. I'm so grateful that she was assigned to me because I had a traumatic experience that day and her nurturing energy was just what I needed. The rest of the staff there that I came in contact with were also professional and nice. Thank you Sophia ❤️
All the staff were super nice and I was talking to a nurse and doctor within an hour. Special thanks to Braun, Russel, Chandra, and Ritik.
I bring my daughter here coz she fractured her wrist we didn’t wait too long I would say 3 hours only and we got to go home after. Not too crowded nurses and Doctor are nice.
I generally had an excellent experience at this ER until a glitch I experienced lately. On Sunday morning at 5 am, I arrived for a kidney stone and been treated wonderfully. ER doctor suggested coming back if it gets any worse (e.g. I start vomiting from pain). I did what she suggested the next day at the peak of my pain when I was about to faint and puke from pain. Due to COVID, they don't let visitors in, so I asked my partner to go back home without recognizing they can't accept me immediately. I was about to faint from pain and no one was helping me even though I was screaming and shivering from pain. I had to call 911 from the ER lobby to pick me up before I fall and injure myself. Then a nurse really yelled at me that I'm an adult, and I'm free to leave when I was incapable of moving and trying to explain I had to call 911 in order to leave. Anyway, I got accepted into ER in the next few 10 minutes and been treated very well again which I'm thankful for. But this was truly the most terrible medical experience I've ever had and made me feel very insecure about ERs in general. My family is in medicine, and from their perspective this is a clear case of misconduct. It's not my job as a patient to protect myself from the aggression of medical staff when I'm in the most intolerable physical pain I've ever experienced in my life. Abuse cannot be tolerated. I'm leaving four stars because the rest of the staff was wonderful and they helped me to get out of a very difficult situation.
I had a good experience with this ER last night. We arrived late at night. Waited in the waiting area for about 10-15, then were seen. Luckily there was only one person ahead of us. Took maybe 45 min to see a doctor who was very friendly and made sure all our questions were answered. Nurses were very kind and professional. Everything went about as well as can be expected in these situations. Frankly, the hardest part was finding the entrance at night as the campus is not well lit, and literally the Emergency sign itself is NOT illuminated on the street. Had to find it by dead reckoning using google maps. ;) Anyway, recommended!
6 hour wait is the norm here. I'd like to thank all the nurses however for their service. Can't blame them for a mismanaged ER.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
