Very patient staff and fast check in for my procedure. I had an MRI and the technician, Lawrence, was extremely helpful and patient throughout the procedure. Everyone from the security officers to the medical personnel were very friendly and helpful. A very good experience.

My mom was seen at the ER earlier this week. We were surprised how caring the staffs were. The ER nurse Amanda was especially kind and gentle with my mom while I was out on my own Dr's appointment. We felt extremely blessed. Thank you Amanda!!

It’s ridiculous how much love and affection and attention homeless get and kids with flus fevers etc make them wait more than 5 hours! Very disappointed

I have been there twice for dizziness, vertigo and headaches. They did 2 MRIs and a CT Scan and said that everything looked normal. After the second MRI I read carefully the results and realized that they found a 3x2 cm cyst on my brain. Why the doctors did not mention this to me and had to find out by myself? A cyst on my brain of this size is considered dangerous, they should have mentioned it and recommend next steps.

Racism is alive and well at this hospital. Unbelievable especially in a liberal city like SF, but wow! The doctors were so nice and pleasant with the white patients but when it came to visit with me a minority with tattoos, the question was "why are here and what do you want". I was blown away. Not even an introduction by the doctor. Smh After that initial interaction, I wanted to put on my clothes and walk out, even after waiting for 4 hours to be seen. Management really needs to look at the disparity in treatment. I will be sure to never return and recommend all patients look elsewhere for treatment.

This review is only for emgency room If I can give 0 I would but the regular room upstairs deserves 5 star This is the crazy emgency room not responsible at all, my father was in the emergency room, he was disability and he wanna go pee so I asked the nurse she is Indian female with the green uniform she said:"why can't u help" with bad bad manners, I was like wtf "why u giving me attitude that is your job" I raised up my voice! I couldn't believe a nurse told me that! I believe she is in higher position because her uniform is green she should be fire, Here is her photo, don't let her take care u unless u wanna die early.

Probably the worst of the CPMC campuses. 1) Improper catheter removal and insertion post-surgery. 2) Lost records from radiology and labs 3) Loss of biopsy samples 4) Failure to respond to these written complaints either by phone or email. The lack of communication between departments and other hospitals is less than you would expect from a 3rd party country. The lack of appropriate responses is indicative of a hospital that should lose its accreditation. My insurance company has filed a claim and stated the encounter has been labeled as "Fraud"
