Medical staff are great but front office moves really slow and makes lots of mistakes

Not sure what’s the criteria of hiring here. Everyone friendly, yes, but quite incapable nurses. The only two times in my life that blood draw went wrong were in this clinic by difference nurses. One of the nurses even blamed me after she poked the wrong place and no blood came out of the tube. The nurse practitioner also wasn’t that knowledgeable.

Today I visited crossover health SOMA for a TSH blood work. The nurse(inexperienced) who was assigned to me started taking 4 tubes of blood ideally for a TSH one tube is more than enough. I asked the nurse and the justification that was given to me was,” what if the tube breaks we need an extra for buffer”.My question is why four tubes when 1 can do the job. Every two weeks I have to go for a blood draw, if crossover starts drawing 4 tubes every visit, this can cause serious health issues.
