Dave Atkin is a phenomenal surgeon. I have had two successful shoulders surgeries (right, then left) with him. While Dave has a conservative approach, he is never-the-less focused on resolving your complaint. Although I had a neck issue, not a shoulder issue, Dave was supper focused on what I needed to do and who I needed to see. My two level neck fusion couldn't have went better. I can't speak high enough for this guy.....he listens, he is conservative, and he tirelessly volunteers to assist those that are less fortunate. Dave Atkin is a spectacular surgeon and he is a humanitarian.

Dr. Dave is the best! He is careful to explain everything to and communicate with his patients, has the biggest heart and excellent bedside manner. He has treated my husband for a shoulder, my daughter for her knee and shoulder- he's our go to ortho. Highly recommend.

Only had my initial appt, but I found him very approachable, knowledgable and open to questions (I ask a lot of questions - he took the time answering them all & offered his email for after hours questions as well). To save time, he had me get x-rays before our 1st appointment so he would have some data to go on. After the appt, staff referred me for an MRI & I got a call from that facility within an hour. He gave me a PT referral w/tips on how to handle that portion on the treatment. Will be going back for a reading of the MRI and discussion of next steps. I would definitely recommend him to others.

He is a great surgeon and has a great personality. I would recommend him highly to anybody out there looking for a good orthopedic surgeon.

a doctor which cares for you, he even calls you on a Sunday,. He operated on my broken collar bone, very good follow up and outcome!

I worked with Dr. Atkin through breaking both bones and tearing the ligament in my ankle (required surgery - plate & screws) and now a tear in my rotator cuff. I will return to Dr. Atkin for injuries.

This place is AWFUL! Total lack of customer service skills, rude snotty disheveled sloppy staff!Worst medical experiences I got the impression that I wasn't important enough and that he really didn't want to treat me. Demeaning attitude and stares, abrupt responses,etc.
