The practice from top to bottom is spot on. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming, the doctors staff is very professional. Dr. MacGregor is very knowledgeable and efficient, he provides a very thorough explanation of procedures and moving forward with further treatment.

went to see Dr. MacGregor for the first time and what a positive experience. the office is clean and modern and beautiful; the staff is friendly and attentive both in person and on the phone and via email; they are up to date technology-wise; Dr. MacGregor was on time (rare these days for doctors!!); he was thorough and I did not feel rushed. so far, I am extremely pleased with my pivot to this new practice!

I was asked to leave $1,900 available in my credit acct for expenses(?). I already paid my co-pay. I see a lot of doctors unfortunately and not a single one has ever asked for a $1900 reserve "in case." Seems unethical and I haven't paid it.

Dr. MacGregor is one of the best specialists I've had in my adult life. I'm been battling with perioral dermatitis for the last year and he's been so helpful in getting my skin in the best shape before I get married. He genuinely care about his patients and their skin journey. In addition, his staff is great and he is always prompt to our scheduled appointments. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dermatologist!
