David Kim's Online Review Report Card

I could not be more thrilled with my choice to have Dr. Kim perform my rhinoplasty. From my initial consult to every post op appointment, we've been aligned on my goals for my nose -- to achieve a shape I'm happy with, but that looks like a nose I could have been born with. I met with other surgeons in the area, but I felt they weren't going to give me as natural of a result as Dr. Kim. I felt totally prepared for what to expect after surgery and during the healing process. When I was nervous about some uneven swelling, Dr. Kim responded quickly explaining what was going on and, just as he assured me, everything looked fine as my nose continued to heal. I also appreciate Dr. Kim's dedication to the integrity of my nose and not sacrificing functionality for aesthetics, and was still able to achieve a result I love .

I've always struggled with my skin (scars, fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, sun spots, adult acne, you name it!!) and Nat is the best! She's so knowledgeable and patient too...taking time to listen to my skin concerns and struggles. I'm so appreciative for her!

i excessively research everything before i buy, partake, or try, especially when it comes to what i'm putting in my body or in this case, face. i've had botox done a few times before and i've never been satisfied (even from very high end places), so i stopped altogether.  i came across this place and started researching and reading all reviews. after a few months of contemplating and being unsure, i've decided to give this place a chance and try. i've scheduled my appt with lisa leung and oh boy(!!!), she is hands down the BEST i've ever worked with! not only she is super personable and down to earth, she is also very well skilled! she took her time and listened to all my concerns. the results are what i have been wanting and looking for!  i'm a 1000000000% satisfied and will never, ever go elsewhere! she told me how much it would cost without me even asking and was not pushy at all. best part? the results are very natural looking. i love, LOVE her!  needless to say, i found THE ONE!

I've had amazing results working with Dr. Kim and his staff. Not only is everyone incredibly kind and thoughtful but also informed and experienced. I've had the pleasure of working with Sunny Mang a RN there and she was able to make my aesthetic dreams come true! She was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. It was my first experience and it definitely won't be my last. The results were very natural yet so impactful! 10/10 would recommend.

Came here for my first botox experience back in 2020 and would recommend it 100%. I saw the nurse practitioner and I immediately felt really comfortable with her. They first took pictures and then the consult. I expressed my concerns and what I wanted and she explained prices and how everything would work. I really loved how everything looked afterwards. Everything settled evenly and nicely.

I have had extraordinary results with Dr. Kim.  I had a nasal fracture when young that was repaired in a way that undermined the nasal structure.  Over the years my breathing became obstructed.  I had a disastrous surgical experience with another surgeon in 2020 that failed to correct the breathing, created additional breathing problems, and altered the appearance of my nose in unflattering ways.  I had a complicated, 7.5-hour surgery with Dr. Kim 5 weeks ago. I can breathe and, although I have the expected swelling, am very pleased with the cosmetic results.  He restored my appearance and self-confidence.

I am so impressed with Sunny and her work and recommend her without hesitation. She is kind, a great listener, knowledgeable, and incredibly talented. I learn something new every time I see her, and her guidance is spot on to help me achieve my goals. I recently saw Sunny for Botox and fillers and couldn't be happier with the natural results. She is meticulous in her work, and it shows in the results. I have had fillers before at a different practice and was bruised and swollen for at least two days, sometimes longer. With Sunny and her technique, I had no bruising and the swelling I did have immediately after the procedure subsided within a few hours. To round out the experience, the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. I drive an hour to get there and it's worth every minute. Sunny is truly amazing!

When I say that Dr. Kim changed the course of my life, I am not exaggerating one bit. I walked into Dr. Kim's office in the summer of 2019 as a dejected twenty-something-year-old, ready for him to tell me that my nose was beyond repair. I had undergone 2 rhinoplasties prior to seeing Dr. Kim, and not a day went by after that second surgery without crying over my nose. It was rock solid, the tip was turned up so high, you could see the grafts beneath the skin, it was crooked, and my scar protruded--and I feel like that doesn't even scratch the surface. I had spent too many months avoiding direct eye contact, and while I was petrified of what a third operation might do to me, I also couldn't bear the thought of going on any longer like this. From the minute I walked into Dr. Kim's office, I felt heard and supported. Amy was an absolute angel and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Kim listened to all of my concerns, studied my past surgical notes, and laid out a plan for how he could help me. I remember balling my eyes out in his office as I explained to him that I would be pouring nearly all of my savings into this surgery, and begged him to just put me out of my misery if he didn't genuinely believe he could help me. Dr. Kim told me he knew he could help me. So I said a prayer and put all my trust in him. And that was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Dr. Kim worked literal miracles on me. I look like I was born with this nose--in fact, even my sisters often say that they now forget that I ever had a rhinoplasty because of how natural my nose looks. For the first time in my life, I can say that I LIKE my nose. It's cute, it's feminine, it's straight, it's soft to the touch, it's smooth. I can look people in the eyes and feel confident in what they see back. I never thought I would be in a position to feel this way, and feel so insanely lucky and grateful that I found Dr. Kim. I promise you can be in no better hands. Thank you, Dr. Kim, for changing my life.

This review is for Nurse Sunny, and one I have been meaning to leave for quite some time now. I was terrified to have anything done to my face, but after spending my twenties sunbathing, I knew I needed a little pick me up for some lines around my eyes.  I spent weeks upon weeks researching, and after studying, and seeing other Yelp reviews, I decided on Sunny and I am so glad I did. I went in first for a consultation and told her I wanted to be conservative as it would be my first time. She agreed and did not push me into anything I was not comfortable with, she even suggested I go home and think about it and make an appointment when I was ready. I went back the following week. I noticed results after only 4 days, with full results around 7. I am on month 4 and I still can't believe the results. I am going back to see her in October and I can't wait! Don't hesitate! She is gentle, understanding, answers all questions, and a true professional.
