?? don't know what to say. Called for first-time appointment, was told they're not accepting new patients. Sutter's website says they are - - so if you're looking for a new MD, look elsewhere I guess?

Dr. Arretz was warm, welcoming, and professional. I wasn't sure what I was getting into as I made my way through a slightly chaotic lobby and waiting room experience, but once I was in her office, everything was great. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Arretz was extremely pleasant, with exactly the demeanor and tone I'd hoped for as I went for my first physical in a while. She made me feel comfortable and encouraged questions, allowed me to be honest and in turn was honest with me, and overall I have nothing but recommendations for her. The office staff was thorough and knowledgeable and I felt informed, respected, and well served the entire time I was there.
