Victoria is such an amazing electrolysis. She’s a great LGBTQ ally who has done countless sessions. Best electrolysis in San Francisco in my opinion. It’s genuinely nice to have a trans friendly electrolysis. She makes every session feel comfortable. The results are even better. I’ve been going to her for nearly a year and my skin is perfectly smooth where there was once hair. Thanks to her I’m almost ready for my surgery. I’m so happy with her work. If you want efficient work I highly recommend her. She is the best this side of the city.

I've been visiting this place for a year to get electrolysis. Victoria has done everything quickly, which is important to me. Dimitra's is an oasis! It's a place that will relax your body, calm your mind, and allow one to indulge in pampering. I LOVE this place! I've been coming here since 2019. It is always, always very clean and tidy. The waiting areas often have cute decorations that differ from month to month. The atmosphere fosters is sense of calm and safety. The staff is amazing, too. They clearly care about their clients and patients, and immediately make newcomers feel welcome. Dimitra's electrolysis services are presently top-notch! The present provider, Viktoria, is amazing!!! She is accurate, fast, and gets results. Of the 11 providers/electrolysts that I've had - over 418 hours so far - Viktoria in certainly among the top four... and maybe even the top two! Whether or not you're LGBTQIA+, Viktoria will consistently provide professionalism, consideration, and excellent hair removal. You will see results! Truly, Viktoria is among the best electrolysists in The City. So go ahead and treat yourself to some care and pampering. Give Dimitra's a call - you won't be disappointed. :-)

Terrific, relaxing, professional electrolysis in West Portal Village. Dimitra is a gem- I feel so comfortable being at her shop. I never feel rushed, even though I only book 15 minute appointments for electrolysis. She always has a good story to tell me, so it feels very much like I am part of her neighborhood. Her staff is smart, polite, and very on the ball, too. l

I drive almost 2 hours just to see Dimitra. Amazing person and she does magic with my skin.

I had my 20% tip ready while I was waiting for the appt. I go here about once a year to get Bikini wax. When I made the appt I was very clear I did not want a certain practitioner from many years ago because she had not listened to what I had wanted done (I guess she thought she knew best, not!). When I made the appt the front desk person told me the name of the woman I had recently, and she was, in the past, very nice and listened and waxed accordingly. This time with her, again, I was very clear. Only do the top of my thighs/leg. Do not go further to the pubic area. I don't need that done. She starts with my leg/inner thigh area. All good. Next thing I know there is like a tablespoon of hot wax on my pubic hair area! I'm like what are you doing?! I told you very clearly only my leg area. Oh, whoops, I'm sorry. What? Then she proceeded to suggest maybe I should just shave the area if waxing hurts too much. That wasn't the issue. The issue was you did not do what I has said and proceeded to wax an area not requested. She finished the other leg and I left - without providing the cash tip I had already put aside in my pocket. I really have no clue why it happened. Maybe she was tired? Maybe she thought she too knew best? I have no bleeping clue! So, if you go here I suggest you have the staff person repeat back what you want them to do to make sure you are both on the same page. I don't like to give bad reviews, but in this case I thought it was important.
