Lucy is one of the gifts the Universe brought me at the beginning of a major personal transformation in my life. This was over 3 years ago and she has been with me (and now my partner as well) since. I was looking for more than somebody who would just do basic needling. I put my wish out and hours later, a friend with whom I was to have dinner asked if she could bring a friend along. That night, I mentioned to this friend-of-my-friend that I was seeking a true practitioner of Chinese Medicine who would be well-versed in nutrition and take a whole-being (psycho-spiritual-physical) approach to health. My friend-of-my-friend recommended a couple of people, and when I heard about Lucy, I intuitively had a great feeling about her. She is a really special person who meets all the above criteria. In addition to being a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, she is a Zen priest and her deep practice is evident in the way she truly listens and offers insight and compassion. All this, and she's also lighthearted and fun (a true sign of good health, imo). Even after I moved out of the city, I drive a long way to see Lucy for treatments. She's that good. Thank you, Lucy!
