Eileen Aicardi's Online Review Report Card

Love, love her!! She was doing her residency when we first met her.  She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.  This wonderful pediatrician has our doctor go to doctor.

Eileen took care is all 3 of our children. We can not imagine having better care.

Where to begin...Dr. Aicardi is special. It seems like the tendency when we yuppies have children is to over think and worry ourselves sick about every little thing, whether it be developmental milestones, potty training, eating, the cold virus du jour, everything and anything. Dr. Aicardi teaches you to relax, preserve your own sanity and be calm, intuitive and rational about your children's care -whether it be treatment, interactions, education, whatever. This may not jive with everyone, if paranoia, panic, obsessiveness or smothering is your thing - but we feel like she's the doctor the universe designed precisely for us and we're so fortunate to have her for our two children. We know that she is very dedicated  to our children's health and development, while at the same time teaching us the perspective new parents need to stay healthy themselves, both mentally and physically. We felt so confident and experienced with her guidance for our first child, which is not consistent with our friends' stories about their pediatricians. So yeah, anyway, we think shes great. You will too.

Dr. Aicardi was my doctor my whole life and now I am a sophomore in college and miss having her to see when I need advise. She helped me when I was diagnosed at a very young age with Polycystic Kidney Disease. i always felt comfortable through all those years as an infant to a young adult. Thank you Dr. Aicardi.

We recently moved from San Francisco and miss Dr. Aicardi! She is extremely patient. She always listened and answered all our questions before rushing into an exam of our two daughters. She offered practical advice, both from her own experience as a parent and her tenure as a pediatrician. The advice nurse was also very helpful.

Our sons (now 20 and 14) have seen Dr. Aicardi since they were born.  In the past, she has been voted the best pediatrician in the Bay Area, and she deserves it.  When my older son was diagnosed with his medical issue, I was worried and frantic.  She met me in her office (outside office hours) at 7 in the morning and talked to me as long as I needed!   Over the years, every dignosis has been accurate; her experience is invaluable.  We have felt like she has been our country doctor.  My 20 year old has been reluctant to find another doctor for himself now that he can no longer go to Dr. Aicardi.

It's about time I put a review in for Dr. Aicardi.  She is the very perfect combination of solid, warm, intelligent and unbelievably experienced.  Given that we're both physicians, I knew my husband and I would be tempted to freak out over, research, and attempt to diagnose, prognose, and treat every little bump and illness of childhood in our own kids.  This never turns out well, so I knew we needed someone super experienced, funny, and calming to be our kids' pediatrician.  I adore Dr. Aicardi.  She is the best.  Hands down.

Dr Acardi is truly the best! Our daughter had some medical problems when she was first born and Dr Acardi was there through all of it helping us make decisions and making sure she got the best care. She is more than just a wonderful doctor she is a great person. She holds my daughter like she is her own and she gives me real fact based advice. She teaches me something new each visit and always takes time to answer our million questions. I feel so safe and happy my daughter is in her care. We were so lucky she took her as her patient! Reading the bad reviews just makes me sad and confused. They must be talking about someone else! Everyone in the office is wonderful. We are so grateful for Dr Acardi and tell her at each visit! If you want an involved, compassionate, knowledgeable, down to earth doctor then chose Dr Acardi!She is truly the BEST!!!!

Dr. Aicardi was the first to examine my first child almost 13 years ago, and is still our doctor today.  She is knowledgeable, kind and caring.  She takes the time to explain and listen to me.  But the thing I admire most about her is how she treats my kids.  She does not baby talk them or act as if they are not there.  She treats them as the intelligent, thoughtful human beings they are and I really appreciate that.  I would recommend her highly!
