List of Elise Grenier's Reviews
I saw Dr. Grenier a while ago for a physical exam. Unfortunately, she was the worst physician I've encountered in my life. Her conduct was unprofessional, dismissive, and condescending. She essentially demanded that I take pharmaceuticals I did not want nor need. The 1 star is for the fact that she confirmed that I exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet.
Doctor is great but the front desk staff is apathetic, incompetent and rude. Among the worst medical office encounters I’ve had in my life.

I was very pleased with the office and with Dr. Grenier's attentive and professional first exam. It was convenient to have the blood panel done right there. The results of the tests were fast, and communication with the office is great through the portal and via email.
Don't add to the stress of whatever you're going through. This is not a place of care. -First things first - The available appointments online aren't available - they're just capturing your info so they can call and reschedule you. -In a prescription emergency after just moving to the area, I was so grateful that they showed available same day appointments - I was called and informed that the times shown weren't available and was rescheduled 2 weeks after the time that I prompted to make online but couldn't get anyone quicker so I surrendered. -The day finally came. I showed up a little early, it took two people at the window with their back towards me nearly 30 minutes to even acknowledge me when I got there. (I stood for 15) So awkward and uninviting (Common trend) Their backs turned towards the window. Would not respond to knocking - etc. Was given a 1 minute finger without even eye contact. Then, nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time they gave me paperwork to fill out. -Doctor - I felt our appointment was more of a survey for research than getting the care I needed. When I asked questions, I was given sharp condescending responses like we were on a debate team when I was just looking for feedback. Didn't feel like it was a safe place to share vulnerable experiences I was going through. -Had blood drawn...never before have I experienced pain or nearly passed out during this... Both happened with a peanut gallery of nurses saying things like "You don't look so good", "Why are you nervous?", "Don't be sick"... -My doctor sent wrong prescription to pharmacy - ...1 tablet - 30x my average dose kind of wrong vs 30 tables at 1 mg. Took them a full 24 hours to correct this. -To this day, I was never called on the results of my blood work/lab tests but they had no issue getting my bill to me. I called and asked for a copy and to my surprise, I had abnormal results. It's been months. I can understand human error and bad days but the discomfort is consistent here which is what has lead to this review. The place seems mismanaged and desperate to make a $. Employees under that kind of stress aren't able to use their head and their heart and its apparent that they might not be getting the care they need too. Best of luck.
Dr. Grenier is kind and understanding. She is one of few doctors that actually listens (so hard to find especially as a woman... ugh). I really appreciate her and the effort she has made thus far. I feel validated and empowered as a patient during every visit.
Absolutely the worse patient care I’ve even experienced. It’s very clear the staff at the office clearly lack care for patients. I called to talk to my primary care physician after being at the ER. I needed to consult my medication and understand why I’m still feeling ill and what I need to change so I can continue taking antibiotics. I was told by receptionist just return to the ER numerous times and that no physician can help at this time. Unbelievable
Dr. Grenier is simply amazing!!!! I have never thought I could absolutely love my doctor of any kind after years of just run of the mill PCPs/GPs, but Dr. Grenier is an outlier. I truly feel that she cares about me, my health, and my well being. She is very personable, and just truly cares! I could converse with her for hours she's just so personable. I am telling all of my friends to see if she's in network for them. I have seen complaints about the staff, but I can't say that I have ever had an issue. I believe if you treat people with respect and niceness, you will get that in return, and that's the case for me here. Yeah maybe they aren't all rainbows and sunshine, but when dealing with sick people or those suffering in pain all day, who probably just snap at you as it is, I bet it's hard to be all puppy dogs and rainbows all day. So have a little perspective there, because everyone I have interacted with for the most part has been amazing.
Dr. G always spends as much time with me as I need. Very personable and knowledgeable.
Excellent doctor who takes the time to sit down, listen, and address any & all health related concerns with her patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
