As a guy senior citizen, I felt uncomfortable about my wife's suggestion to have bleph surgery performed on my drooping upper lids. Dr. Moscato's sincere kindness and professionalism but me at ease. I am so pleased with the amazing results. Family and friends tell me that I look happier and refreshed.....although none (except my wife) can figure out why! Thank you Dr. Moscato for being a great person and a very creative and artistic physician!

I highly recommend Dr. Moscato. I started working with her a year ago when I was seeking cosmetic eye work. She listened to what I wanted and gave me honest feedback without trying to overcorrect. She is very approachable, pleasant and warm. Fantastic bedside manner! Wonderful experience.

I recently contacted Dr.Moscato regarding my wife's eye symptoms. An appointment was made without any difficulty and we found that her staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Moscato's bed side manner was exceptional and her knowledge and expertise were outstanding. Her attention to my wife's concerns were truly remarkable. Her advise and treatment plan resulted in a very positive resolution. Thank you Dr. Moscato for being such a wonderful physician.

Dr Moscato I saw 2 times referred from Leslie Weil, while she is sweet and acts like she gets it, I have gone thru pain and suffering and her making MAJOR Mistakes on my undereyes.Not only should I get a refund, but she is not as smart as she thinks she is.

Dr. Moscato is amazing! Being in my late 30s, I felt like it was time for my first botox experience. She was referred to me by a friend so I decided to give it a shot. Soooo glad I did! When I first came in, I was greeted by the friendliest face! I believe her name was Danielle. She was surprisingly helpful and knowledgeable which was great. I've encountered rude receptionists way too many times. Once I got into the office, when Dr. Moscato came in she made me feel comfortable right away. It was pretty painless and went to work afterward, no problem. Amazing results. Do it, don't wait :p Great practice! Highly recommend.

Dr Moscato has performed eye surgery on both my wife and me. We are both extremely pleased with her professionalism, knowledge and personable demeanor. And of course the results. She is a surgeon but is not the type to automatically recommend an operation. She thoughtfully analyzes and decides what's best for the patient. In my case, I have extremely dry eyes which would be exacerbated by an eye lift. So she's dealing with the dry eye problem first. We highly recommend her.

I called her San Francisco office to make an appointment for my teenage daughter for an eye issue at the end of 2018. It is now the end of 2019. When making the appointment I was very specific, making sure that the visit would be covered by my specific insurance. When I arrived at the office, I was also assured of this. However a year later, I am still getting billed for the office visit in its entirety as Dr. Moscato is apparently not actually in network. I have called her office multiple times and the office assures me that it's a mistake, and I called the insurance company and they are saying that the group is in network but not Dr. Moscato. I have asked the office for a copy of the actual bill to send it to the insurance company myself, but after a year, they just keep billing me a "balance forward" amount for the office visit. She might be an OK doctor but she needs to get her office organized.
