The people that work here are pretty cool. This location is out of the way a bit so you avoid a lot of the riff raff that comes with these places. Also, there are no long wait times & it’s chill.

Love this clinic the doctor is amazing and ethical, the counselors front desk and management are as well, good souls people, now more than ever is the time to choose a great clinic for MAT treatment and I fully approve and recommend Fort Help on 1101 Caap Street in San Francisco as one of my friends has completely changed her life, so don't miss out and get same day service. All insurances are accepted! Shout out to Melinda, Holly, Clarence and Elizabeth! Also all the weekend staff there is amazing and ethical as well. The dosing nurses and front desk are as awesome as the doc and management. 10/10 I appreciate all that you have done and thank you for believing in people! Thanks for not giving up on people and really caring about your clients health. God Bless and Take Care.

Love the type of care care quality and office experience. They have amazing nurses and a doctor that really cares. She's one of the hardest workers I have ever met at any clinic or any doctors officer for that matter and all the nurses are awesome and work hard and are very ethical!! Special shout out to Clarence and all the awesome counselors for really caring and helping people! Melinda and Holly deserve special recognition as does the doctor and dosing nurses. I love everyone and everything about this clinic and appreciate Holly soo much and you too Melinda and Clarence and all the awesome peoples names I didn't mention all ethical kind hearted good quality health care. Very HiPPA rights friendly and very fair and kind and compassionate. Looking for real methadone and real people that want you to stay clean and help with your harm reduction or abstinence of opiates, this place is non judgmental and has saved many lives. Thanks again to Rob Clarence The dosing nurses the doctor and Big Shout out to the Front Desk Holly and Melinda for helping me stay the first day and helping me live. Have referred many friends and family and highly recommend that you check this place out for help with methadone treatment or any substance abuse medication MAT and referrals and great counselors staff groups and genuine good people. work there for one month, they changed my hours after 2 weeks without warning, you don't get any breaks, they want you to work from the minute, there until the minute you leave and keep answering phone calls, basically they want you to work like you salary, but your hourly. They want you to work for free off the clock.there's nowhere to park, and the patience are very impatient and rude, and could talk to you any way you want without the management speaking up, They only pay me $37 an hour which is shameful which is why I'm not there now. NURSES Watch your license

This place has already had their license suspended twice within the last 2 years! Ironically, for the EXACT same they did to me. I have been accidentally given one too many extra methadone doses and just recently shorted one dose. Despite their history of negligence when dispensing this medications, they blamed ME for being shorted a dose! I lost ALL privileges and take homes. I filed a complaint against their license and learned that they have also been filling fraudulent state documents on my behalf! They are currently under investigation for these new charges but that doesn't help me with my take homes! BEWARE AND GOOD LUCK
