List of Guido Gores's Reviews
When I need Dr. Gores he is there for me day or night, for almost 30 yrs. He and all the nurses and front desk are like family, they are genuine in there concerns, patient and thorough when treating. Dr. Gores helps you on your journey to be whole, he happens to be the kindest doctor I know, as for all of his nurses too. You’ll never find a more compassionate, personal doctor like Dr Gores.
dr gores took more than 30 minutes to discuss his medical philosphy to work with and fit my issues. After my lab work, I was going to followup with him because he was the first doctor in the last four who didn't rush me out of his examination room in fewer than 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, personable and seemingly sociable. The only issue? I wasn't able to fill out my new patient paperwork completely in his waiting room, and his Latina medical assistant was abrupt and pushy. She told me to complete it in the examination room but then didn't give me the opportunity. Instead, she rushed to take my bp, height and weight. Dr gores came into the room shortly thereafter and I still didn't complete the paperwork, even after the appointment was over. Then two months later, I received an errant bill from st Francis because the office manager or accounts person didn't bill my secondary insurance. I called thrice to rectify the misbilling with st francis and the office and customer disservice and then two months later it was finally resolved with the surly office manager.Because of dr gores gross incompetent and rude office staff, sadly I did not return to his office for a followup.Patient beware.
I have seen Dr. Guido for 30 yrs. I love him & I dislike most doctors.
I’m a registered nurse of 30+ years and it’s always been the motto of patients, Thier families & many neighbors/aquaintes is that you want to find the “Nurse’sdoctors”. Dr Gores is “ a nurse’s doctor 👨⚕️ “.Dr Gores is very competent & caring and treats every patient as an individual. He’s available to the family and to the nurses all hours of the day and night. His temperament is pleasant and his bedside manner is well received my patients and family. The fact that he cares is obvious and his knowledge of disease, diognosis & And appropriate treatment is impeccable. I highly recommend him to anyone who asks me. And I guess I’m telling “you all” today 😊
Dr Gores and his team have been taking care of me for several years. I am at the age where issues start coming up (well past 50) They have always been responsive, timely and good natured even if I was less than a good patient. I gladly recommend Dr. Gores & his team.
Dr Gores takes the time to listen and explain, and to make appropriate disclosures. He is never too busy. I appreciate his time, disclosures and professionalism.
Dr. Gores has been my primary care physician for over ten years and hes the most responsive, attentive and approachable physician Ive ever had. Hes a very good listener, and after hearing youre symptoms, provides various diagnosis possibilities. He prefers a conservative approach to drugs but knows when its necessary. Hes always on prompt and never rushes his time with you. Very engaging and personable. His staff and assistant are incredible! They always answer their phones except during the lunch hour. Ive never experienced this kind of care with any type of doctor.
Bad Experience. I selected Dr. Gores as my primary care physician under my health plan last year. I met with him once. After our meeting, he ordered some lab tests and, at my request, provided referrals to specialists for certain of my health issues. After about three weeks when I did not receive the results of the lab tests, I called his office and I was informed that they would follow up. Within a few days, Dr. Gores called me and told me that he had reviewed my old health records and he described a specific concern. When I asked him about the lab tests he ordered, he said he couldnt recall seeing them and he would call me in couple of days. After several days not hearing from him, I called his office to remind them that he said he would call me. After several more days of not hearing from Dr. Gores, I decided to select a new PCP because of his lack of communications and my desire for a doctor who I could trust.
Best Doctor I have EVER had! Never do I have to wait to be seen, he is always on time! He listens to what you have to say, he is very thorough and his assistant is amazing as well! Im coming up on three years of being with him it feels like Ive known him forever! He treats me with the care I deserve and goes above and beyond for me every time! He helped me fix my ankle issues that I had been having since 2003 that NO other doctor could figure out!He got me right into a specialist to figure it out. It took me 12 years to finally have a doctor go the extra mile for my ankle. There are no words to explain how amazing he has been to me & now my husband sees him as well! So, thank you Dr. Gores and staff for all you have done and continue to do! I know I can be a challenge at times thank you for your patience with me! You are the BEST! ~ Lena
Dr. Gores is great. Hes been my PCP for a few years now. He is caring and knowledgeable, and is willing to work with you to find something that works. Top notch.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
