Thank you to be a great doctor and thank you for people who work on reception, they are so kind to that this is the separate reason to rate you 5 stars! All best for you!
WORST DOC EVER.. RUDE, IMPATIENT AND ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTHY TO BE CALLED A DOC. I attended an appointment with my father and my father warned me not to sit comfortably because Dr. Fei never spends more than roughly 5 minutes with him. I thought my father was exaggerating and that he was not pleased with a previous visit as he's complained before. Little to my surprise, my father was not kidding.Dr. Fei came in, did not acknowledge that I was there, never even looked at me. He immediately asked my father what was going on. My father tried to express his concerns and before he was even finished Dr. Fei interrupted and said I will increase your dose. What else? My father proceeded to explain all the scans and appointments/Ultra sounds he's had, but when I asked if he has received any of the results, he started going on about that is what happens when you go to Stanford and how he has not received results and that "we" needed to have Stanford send him my father's scan/Ultra sound results (WOW) The entire appointment was a disaster. He RUSHED IN AND RUSHED OUT. He made you feel like he had more important things to do and wanted to get out of there quickly. The icing on the cake was when he proceeded to leave, he held the door as he was walking out and I politely asked as a reminder if he was going to renew my father's prescription and he commented with "Is that not what I just said?" And laughed like I was a dummy that was deaf and said "I don't like to circulate things..." meaning he was too important to repeat what he just said. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!WORD OF ADVICE: If you have a family member that has Dr. Fei make sure that you attend at least one visit to ensure that your family member is being tended to courteously, but more important.. That your family member is treated with respect and not discriminated and treated like your beneath his level.Absolutely degrading for a doctor to continue to say "ANYWAYs" and rush you out.God made doctors to tend to his people, doctors are supposed to be caring and help guide/nuture you to living a longer more healthy life not just rush you and prescribe whatever they guess will work.Unbelievable! My father has been with Dr. Fei for years and he does not say much because he feels Dr. Fei talks down to him, like he is not worth his time. A shame!FOR ALL THOSE THAT GO TO HIM BECAUSE IT IS CONVENIENT.. WASTE A LITTLE MONEY ON GAS, PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR YOUR TIME AND FIND A DOCTOR WHO IS WORTH YOUR TIME AND EFFORT YOU WILL REGRET GOING TO HIM! WHAT A JERK!
The best doctor I've ever known, very knowledgeable and professional, Dr. Fei helped me during the worst time of my life. Thank you Dr. Fei for alleviating all of my pain..................
Dr. Fei is a great doctor and my whole extended family goes to him! My 90-year old mom who just passed away had specifically asked me to write him a Thank you note for taking care of her all these year. How often do people remember to thank their doctor at the end of their life? I think this speaks volume about Dr. Fei.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
