Jessie was friendly, efficient and flexible in making my appointment. My audiologist Shannon Nichols was top notch, thorough, caring and efficient as well. If you have hearing loss in both ears or just one, as I do, you want to go to a place that really gets you and what you have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. The hearing and Speech Center of Nor Cal really gets it and you will receive outstanding compassionate care.

Fantastic service and courtesy from Jessie. Another at the front desk treats you as if you are invisible. Audiologist Kathleen Favor very good. The actual value of the product they offer is very good, because they honor their warranty to replace your hearing aids if damaged

I’m writing a review on behalf of my father who is currently living abroad due to covid. He purchased his hearing aid years back and even today he is able to get assistance remotely. Tracy Peck Holcomb was handling his case and she been very helpful and responsive via email. For the second time he is trying to fix his hearing aid remotely. Having my dad’s hearing aid able to connect via Bluetooth has been critical. With this pandemic our family has relied heavily on FaceTime and video conferencing. We are very grateful and thankful for your help and assistance. You have no idea what a difference and necessity it has been. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻🙇🏻♀️
