I’ve been working with Alex for almost a year now and she, quite literally, has changed my life! I had chronic neck and back pain for over 10 years that I thought I would just have to live with but after only 3 sessions with Alex, my pain has resolved and we’ve been able to keep it away with regular appointments. My parents have even started seeing her and both said she gives the best massages they’ve ever had. We love her!! So knowledgeable, welcoming, and calming. A top tier provider and even better individual 🤍

Alex and Nicola are both fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed their beautiful "Elements of Sound : Spring Equinox Celebration" at InnerGate this evening. It was my first time doing a sound bath + acupuncture, and it was so relaxing and healing. When I arrived, I had a really bad headache/migraine... but by the end of the session, it was completely gone. My stress and anxiety just melted. Hours later, I still feel lighter and more at peace than I've felt in a long time. I highly recommend this experience if you're looking to renew your mind, body, and soul as well as amplify your connection to nature and yourself! DO it - you deserve it! :) Continued, a few weeks later… (4/2/25): Tonight, I came back to InnerGate for my first massage with Alexandria (Alex), and it was such a delight. I got there and expected to just unrobe and hop on the table, ready to go. I had been looking forward to this for days. But when I got there, Alex sat me down across from her in these big comfy chairs and started asking questions to get to know me better. She genuinely wanted to learn about my personhood and body and prior experiences with body work. I felt very comfortable and ended up way over-sharing and talking too much during the actual massage, but I felt like I had just met a new friend - that intro really helped me relax and feel comfortable with Alex before we started the body work session. My nature is just to rush and stay busy, all the time. If I had just hopped on the table right away, I probably would have been thinking about my work day the whole time and not really being present for the massage. And the massage ended up being AMAZING - total bliss. Alex applies just the right amount of strong and consistent pressure and gives extra attention to all the problem areas of tension. The table stayed warm and cozy the entire time. I can’t wait to go back again next month for my next session. So happy to have found such a wonderful new body work/massage therapist! Alex has such a breath and depth of talents, I know I will eventually branch out and additional services like acupuncture and cupping as well.

Alex is wonderful and we are so lucky to have her in the neighborhood! Alex is a great listener and communicator, and she quickly found all the right spots in my neck and shoulders. The pressure was perfect throughout. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I can't wait for my next massage!

Alex is a very intuitive healer and really takes her time to understand your mental and physical circumstance before starting her sessions, which is both informative and helpful. I always look forward to my sessions and feel amazing afterwards.
