OK, well it was worth lots of follow up to get an appt. Dr. Dolev is as lovely in person as she is virtually. And Eileen is a frigging GEM. She welcomed me to the office, she numbed me with cream very well, we laughed about stuff, and she HELD MY HAND while I got my shots. A++ will be doing the pricey thing for sure. AND Dr. Dolev was able to FIX a med spa thing that has been a blight on my face for a year.Also - when you're in the office just hand them your credit card - no need to write it down, just give it to them. Easy peasy.

Dr. Dolev is the best! She is an expert at what she does and came highly recommended to me. Even though I live in SoCal, she is the only dermatologist I see.To begin with, she always takes time to listen to what I am looking for and answers all the questions and concerns I have. She is very personable and makes you feel right at ease. Without question, Dr. Dolev is incredibly skilled dermatologist with an artistic eye so you can be confident of outcome you are looking for.I have been seeing her for several years and I have had various procedures done. I've always been happy and very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend her!

Dr Dolev is amazing!! I trust her with everything from skin cancer screening to cosmetic treatments. I’ve been going to Dr Dolev for years and know she has my best interest at heart. I highly recommend her.

I have been here before and frankly was very disappointed and will not be going back. First off they still require you to write down your credit card information and CCV code. Do they not understand how this is the most risky form of theft? I've never seen a Dr's office to this before. I also waited 50 min for a 5 min appointment. My father was a dermatologist and I frankly can't understand how you run this far behind...or do not notify your patient. I sat in the waiting room for 30 min, then the table laying down for another 20 min. In the end I as also surprised by the additional cost my insurance did not cover. Frankly will not be back here again. Dr Dolev apologized for being late but nobody said she was even running late before. I found the front desk receptionist to be a bit rude.
